McDonald's

Have to give the cashier a standing ovation for the rude customers she has to deal with. Lady came in and tried to snatch a food bag from the cashier before confirming pickup number. Kudos to the manager that stood up for her cashier and banned lady food snatcher from store. People not from the food industry won't understand the rudness after covid. Simple confirmation would have bypassed said confrontation.

Stop at this McDonald's this morning for cup of coffee off interstate 85 Piedmont exit at pilot truck stop the manager was very nice the McDonald's was very clean everything was good. that manager needs a good rise in pay!!!!!!!!! Need more people like her work those McDonald's everywhere in sc .

This is a great McDonald's [ modern ] the ordering kiosk let's you concentrate on what and how you want your order and let's them concentrate on making it instead of taking it!!! takes a bit longer but, they bring your food to the table , also love the choice of chairs,
OH! And my food was hot and correct 😎

Owner operator... 2 kids ride with me sometimes.They kept getting same toy.Cashier Mari went back 3 times until she found em different toys.Mari is awesome

These workers know how to get things done and done right! Girl took my order the second I came in and within a min my food was ready! All fresh and tasty! Absolutely loved the late night staff (11pm) and I and several others were definitely impressed! Great atmosphere and welcoming when needing a break from traveling to grab good food! Wish all McDonald's were like this one!

During the day I had a good experience here but in the evenings many times they have left food out of our bag .

It's busy but you can get just about anything here from supplies to food to a hot shower

Ordered fish sandwiche with nothing on it when I got home both sides had tarter sauce and a slice of cheese scraped it off but wasn't good

I was fortunate enough to arrive at this McDonald's when the owner was there and boy what customer service we were getting he personally handled us. Having a quarter pounder made like a Big Mac seems to be a quantum physics problem for these people at times at other McDonald's. Fortunately the owner made it happen in ways that I've never had such good service before he gave me double the Big Mac sauce double the Big Mac onions extra everything pretty much made sure I was happy if we had this kind of customer service at any other business they would be thriving and there would be a line around the block to get in. Dios te bendiga Leo!

This is the best and fastest McDonalds ive been to in my life. Damn near burned my mouth on a McChicken. No McDonalds in the country is that hot and a fast EVER. Pull up.

Lately they have had some pretty chill workers. Of course the food is as expected ... you get what you py for ya know. I always like going to mc-pilot tho

So five stars might seem a little extreme for a McDonalds, but I think it's justified. I've set a really low bar, and this one has never screwed up an order for me. That's enough for five right there - fast food joints screw up my orders something like 70% of the time. It's uncannily bad.
That wouldn't really be enough for me to go out of my way for a review though. I think they've changed something in the past couple of months. Last two trips have been the best McDonald's food I've ever had. Double quarter pounder with cheese was super fresh, *actually seasoned*, and juicy as hell. Sausage and Egg McMuffins were hot, melt, well cooked, and just great!

Open 24 hours. Inside is always clean.

i ordered online and since they were transitioning from dinner to breakfast, my money was taken but my order couldn’t be made. young man who worked there was able to work out a situation where i left satisfied and happy and not empty handed after already paying for my food. i didn’t get his name but he was working the early morning of may 26th. manager material young man and personable. mcdonald’s food is pretty unimpressive most of the time so 5 stars means the service was exceptional.

It's a very clean side restaurant attached to the pilot. I've never ordered anything but they seem to be fast and efficient. The have the cutest register girl there named Destany she's always so kind and professional.
