AT&T Store

One of the AT&T personnel opened the door for me when I walked up, then MJ came and greeted me. MJ took me to a table and listened to the reason for my visit and was extremely helpful. He was very kind and respectful and took care of everything I needed. I left a very happy customer.

Quick and prompt service by a young man who was awesome at his job. We will be going back to get a tablet from him very soon. The gentleman not only fixed our issue he also was personable and interacted with the whole family. Great experience and awesome employee!

This by far was the easiest transaction I made all year. I went to this AT&T looking to transfer services from T-Mobile and was not disappointed. When I walked in, I was met with warm smiles and welcoming hellos. I was greeted by MJ who was super patient and reassuring the entire time. I admittedly had my guard up because sales people have bad reps all around, and he convinced me otherwise. He didn’t push to get me to add on more products than I needed. He explained why one product was a better choice as a longterm financial investment and I appreciated his honesty. What I appreciate most was his knowledge for the quality of service I’d get in my area. Overall just a wonderful experience! Thank you, MJ! 10/10

This was one of the best cell phone purchasing experiences I have ever had. MJ was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. Buying a new phone or getting new service can often be confusing and at times the customer service reps do not always know what they’re talking about. This was not the case with MJ. He had all the answers to my questions and he did all he could to present me with the best deal, and make sure that I got any possible discounts available to me, i.e. direct bill discount, and a employment discount. (the one they offer if your current employer is affiliated with AT&T). I highly recommend you go to this store and ask for MJ if you can, if you need a new phone or new service.

Raul answered all of our questions, straightened out our problems, it was a whole bunch better than the remote sale. When I had a heat problem, the store manager even offered to turn up the A/C a notch so I could recover better! Very knowledgeable and highly qualified friendly people. I was there to inquire as to where the Spectrum Mobile store was located. The lady's instructions were perfect!

My son phone would not connect to the cellular network. The ATT store manger and his team helped fix the problem. I first went to the store in White Settlement and they were no help. Save ur self time and money and just visit the ATT store in Lake Worth for any problem you are having with ur phone.

I was a Metro PCS customer since 2009. I never had a pleasant experience when I would go into their store. I have had AT&T Internet for 7 years and have had really good service with them. I decided I would try AT&T as my wireless carrier as well. I was very apprehensive about going into the store. To my pleasant surprise I was greeted with the best consultant. Mr. Martin Sullivan gave me all my options. He explained everything and was very helpful in making my decision. I have to honestly say, he made buying a new cell phone fun. I am now a proud owner of an iPhone (ex android user) Thank you so much for having quality employees who provide excellent service.
