We were greeted and seated in a seemingly quiet spot. Our waitress was perfect, attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and warm. Food was awesome by the way. Try that avocado bacon hamburger...you'll not regret it. The entire experience was very nice really!

It has been a long time since I last ate at this location, mostly because I just moved back to this area.
Very few customers because it was a bit late, and the third day of an Arctic blast with temps in the teens; however, the staff were all very attentive and friendly. Food was even better than I remembered. I highly recommend!!

My mom and I went in for a quick lunch. We both saw there was a 9.99 special on chicken fried steak so we ordered that with mashed potatoes and corn. The steak was covered with white cream gravy and so were the potatoes. The corn was a small little bowl but the steak and potatoes were a large portion. The steak was delicious but the potatoes were a little too thick for me. They still had the skins on. I wish I would have had more corn. Over all though it was a good meal for a good value. I only Ate half the steak And potatoes and took home the other half for later. They have a good selection of appetizers and desserts. I do plan on going back to try. Chicken fried bacon for $5 and fried green tomatoes peach cobbler for sure. My mom got a pumpkin crunch to take home but haven't heard if she liked it. It looked yummy on the menu. The service was good and they brought you a basket of small little yeast rolls while you wait. The atmosphere was nice too.

We picked up dinner on Valentines Day and got the Pecan Crusted Flounder dinner and a Chicken Fried Steak dinner. We try to get dinner from there once a month or so, but this one was so exceptionally delicious I had to write about it. My husband Chicken Fried Steak was a good sized portion and tender but my flounder was the best thing I’ve ever had from Cotton Patch. I hope they keep it on the menu.

Cotton patch Cafe is absolutely amazing food and the waitress we had was amazing, Brooklyn was very attentive and just an all around joy to have as a waitress she was a very proffesional and wonderful lady. Ms Brooklyn was just very good to me and my family and she deserves a raise for the way she treats her customers. The chefs are absolutely masterful with the way the make the food. It was absolutely delicious. Appetizers were amazing, entrees were to die for, and the desert was heaven. I would definitely recommend you come here for any event. Ask for Brooklyn.

We always get such great, friendly service. They have a great variety of dishes and everything we've had so far has been excellent.

Me and my Mom usually do take out orders online. Sometimes twice a week. The online process is easy, the food portions are great. The staff always greet me when I walk in. I use a walker and every time I leave, there is always someone that will open the door for me, and many times, have taken my order out to my car for me.

We love this place! We just tried the brisket queso and it is AMAZING. I can't believe I hadn't tried it before. Also if you like grilled shrimp, you will love theirs. The portions are perfect, not too much, not too little. The chicken fried steak is amazing, also the rolls are fresh. Employees are friendly and the environment is so relaxed and welcoming. 👍🏽👍🏽

The woman's bathroom could be cleaner, the locks need to be replaced because they don't hold, when I went in the bathroom there was leaking idk what that was but hopefully they fixed it. Please replace the hinge in bathrooms so that we don't have to hold the door.... other than that, 5 stars 🌟.....

The food was delicious! Everyone was super nice. I had food delivered on Uber Eats with a two for one deal, and I forgot to add the second meal. I called the restaurant, and they were so sweet! They added the second entree to my order with no problems at all. We will definitely come to check out the restaurant in person!

My first time ever at this restaurant was great. I was invited to a surprise birthday for a friend. It was a great place to have it too. Lots of room for our whole crew when they all got there. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and patient, with some good food to boot. Cotton Patch Cafe is within walking distance from Texas Movie Bistro, Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory, and GameStop. Keep up the good work.

We were very pleased with your friendliness and willingness to answer menu questions. The cornbread was piping hot and our thanks to the chef. Excellent recommendations to dine in at the Cotton Patch Cafe Clovis New Mexico.

The Chicken Fried Steak and Chicken Fried Chicken were both very good. I loved the Broccoli Cheese Rice and Squash Casserole!!! They don't have curbside but I was in my robe so the cashier/hostess was kind enough to bring it out to me!!!

Great food! I am never disappointed when I eat here! And the service is always friendly and on point.

Well I am very impressed with the service here, ask for Brooklyn she is awesome and very professional never had to ask for drink she always snuck it on our table somehow this has become our weekly food place great food great price and love the environment ask for Brooklyn .thanks the Mcgowens. And Trey treated us like family thanks again will be back trying the whole menu.

Place was busy but service was still fast. Their Dr pepper barbecue jalapeno hamburger was excellent. Our waitress was nice. Had a great time!

The Watauga store has been our favorite for years. We only get there every couple of years. They have a great atmosphere & variety on the menu. The Ribeye was a little thin & a weird cut for the higer prices. Servers are homey & attentive.

Always great service from a great Texas restaurant. Great variety of foods with a great price per serving. Much better than Chilis. Update 5/14/23
They have added more fish dishes to the menu. On a busy day the parking lot fills up and you're subjected to park on the street.
Still a great place to eat.

Great visit. Was seated immediately. My 18 year old son and myself arrived about 3 p.m. so no rush. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. She has been my waitress a few other times there. Food was awesome. The rolls are always good too.
