Starbucks

A lonely bastion of civilization in the hinterlands. ;) I had to drive to Lake Worth for my COVID vaccinations. It's a long drive from my home on the east side of Dallas. I was very excited to find a Starbucks to satisfy my caffeine and breakfast needs. It's a great location, easily seen and accessible from Lake Worth Blvd. It is a cute little store with a convenient drive through and a small patio. It was clean inside with a friendly staff and as always the breakfast sandwiches, egg bites and coffee ☕ were great.

Any Starbucks can serve coffee... Almost every Starbucks has friendly baristas (including this one!)... But cup decorations?!? FANTASTIC extra personal touch 🤩 thank you for the big and little things you do to make mornings more doable.

Order was great! Staff is always so kind every time!

I never caught her name but the girl working the window with pink in her hair around 4:35 pm today (9/2/23) was AMAZING. Like seriously. Give her a raise or something because I don't think I've ever had such a good experience at this location before.

Let me start with a customer being so rude to the staff and the manager. He requested coffee with creamer (along with three other drinks & customized requests). He did NOT request room in the cup nor a specific amount of creamer in his coffee. He proceeded to be extremely rude to the staff about "too much creamer" and then requested to speak to the manager. He told the manager "they just put the creamer in themselves." He never specified creamer on the side, leave room in the cup for it and much less tell any of the staff members that he wanted to do it himself. The manager Myra (I checked the name tag) handled the situation so well and flawlessly!! I was disgusted with this customer's attitude & demands as he was clearly just being a total jerk. Nonetheless I ordered 3 drinks, bought 2 cups, a pastry item and none of this situation caused any delay. The staff and manager did not skip a beat, handled it very professionally, and kept the rush morning hour going with no delays. I apologize to the staff on behalf of this "difficult" customer. I have never had an issue at this location & the staff is always welcoming. Myself as well as my coworkers visit this location regularly as we are military and work up the road in White Settlement. We definitely prefer this location, even if it is slightly out of our way. Thank you to all the staff and Myra for a store very well run!!! Also, I visited 5 other stores this morning (it's only 8:17am) and NONE of them except this store had their holiday set up & cups ready for the holiday start. Love this store and this morning staff!!

Great Starbucks, staff is super friendly and my drinks/snacks were really good. They have a larger seating area than I see at most Starbucks.

I go to this location all the time, but I ran into a new Barista (to me) whose name is Sara- and she is fantastic. Lovely personality and smile, she made me drive away with one too!

This location always gets my order correct and like most Starbucks customers modified drinks are the norm. Friendly service is the norm here as well. Great job team. I always drive a little further to visit this location when I'm in the area. Keep up the great customer service.

Let's just say that I've been a loyal customer of Starbucks for many years. I've gone to several throughout the states. On this particular day I went to this particular store and ordered one of my favorite drinks. To my dissatisfaction, the drink was not to my liking. I went back and they were happy to attend me once again; however, the drink was still off for some reason, and they tried 3 times to get it right. I really tried their patience (trust me when I say this-they could of literally thrown me out and they would have been justified in doing so). I'd left thinking they just weren't able to get it right. Throughout the whole time they remained patient and made me feel appreciated. An hour later, I realized it was my error, as I was telling them the wrong ingredients to put in the drink. I felt so stupid and embarrassed for wasting their time. I called them back and apologized. So with that being said, I want to really thank Starbucks for having outstanding employee who exemplified what real customer service is all about. Kudos to Mark and Maddie! Forever appreciated.

Venti Dragon Drink and Banana Nut Bread have been my go to for a hot minute now! Love this Starbucks!

I stop here 2X a week to get a coffee and work while my son is in class at TCC. Staff is friendly and drinks are prepared quickly.

We go here frequently. The staff is friendly and I like that the line is usually really quick. Our drinks are always good and I really like the new pumpkin muffins! Those taste awesome.

This location is the BEST in the metroplex! The service is fast, friendly and the products are quality. I've gotten spoiled by this location. Mayra is an AMAZING barista. She starts my day off right!

Very friendly service, great drink's, and extremely comfortable seating. My brother goes here a lot and they always make him feel welcomed. He has a hard time fitting in and people give him a hard time a lot so it's greatly appreciated.

This is probably my preferred Starbucks in the Fort Worth area. I've been to quite a few of them, but this one always has me leaving happy. Even if there's a long line it's rarely a long wait.
