AT&T Store

Unbelievably, I had a very pleasant experience at the ATnT store. Mohammed was patient and kind, and he helped us early on Sunday morning. We upgraded from a broken iPhone 12 to a new iPhone 14. He also helped us save $20/month by removing unnecessary charges from our bill. Very professional.

I upgraded to the S-23 yesterday. Words cannot express my appreciation for Gil. He was knowledge was second to none and two thumbs up friendly. There was an issue with my service and Gil gave 150% to resolve the issue. Great store and excellent customer service. Also, a shout out to Brian as well who also contributed to the positive experience. Thank you and I will be a regular customer at the AT&T in Marlton NJ on Route 70.

This is def one of the better and more trusting AT&T stores in the area. I’ve been to a few that added additional fees for insurance and upgrades then tell you that you can’t opt out when you can. At this store they were honest and removed those fees and didn’t try to mislead me. Alex and Gil helped me out twice and almost helped me take care of issues and fees that other AT&T stores added to my account.

Brian at this Marlton store was amazing. The store didn’t have change for my payment and he offered to put that up out of his pocket and I can’t express how much I truly appreciate that: every customer service representative should act and treat people in that manner! I usually cringe having to go to an ATT store. We showed up 10 min before closing time and Khan hooked us up with a phone upgrade in no time! Even put my screen cover on perfectly and answered all my questions about the next billing cycle. I’ve waited longer at other stores for service that took much longer to execute. This was the fastest best service in the area!!

Lovinder and Tristan have been amazing with helping us with our upgrades and new devices. Me being very uneducated with technology today, They went above and beyond to make sure all of our devises were activated and in working order before we left the store. I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Donovan last week. When I entered your store I was already very annoyed from dealing with multiple issues while changing my service from T-Mobile. Donovan listened patiently wile I explained the complexities of the problems i was dealing with. I could tell from his pertinent questions that he clearly understood the situation as I described it. He immediately shared a credible "action plan" that covered all my issues. I could feel my blood pressure stabilizing as I watched him methodically resolve each and every problem.
Donovan's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction is very rare these days and clearly differentiates your product from your competitors.

The AT&T reps at the 850 W RT. 70 W are very professional and knowledgeable about the service offering. In fact, it led to my decision to go from two phone lines to five and purchase a new Samsung tablet. Without their astute customer services skills, I would not have recommitted to AT&T services.

The visiting store manager Malik was extremely helpful in taking care of my issues with the bill. He explained and broke down line by line and I feel so much better about switching over after speaking to him as he was just in this store for a meeting but helped me out.

After 12 years of working with reps at AT&T Azaan Khan is by far the best one I have come across! Quick, efficient, honest, knowledgeable, personable and friendly! Hands down best rep you can ask for!

Yet another exceptional experience at AT&T in Marlton. We purchased two new phones and one new iPad this summer, and added another line for an old iphone. Azaan was fabulous resource on the technology and account management, AND helpful with pairing and transitioning from old devices. Don, the store manger, is also extremely knowledgeable and engaging. I highly recommend Azaan, Don, and this store.

It’s not always about the store location, it’s about the person who greets and assists you with professionalism and the knowledge of your situation and giving you a level of comfort. Donny Cook is his name, this gentleman is the truth. I just became an AT&T customer October 5th on October 8th I received three phones one was incorrect, for almost two weeks no one could not only comprehend my situation, but they had no answers as to how to help me, within 20 mins Mr cook had my situation HANDLED. It’s because of him I didn’t leave AT&T so I hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears and he is greatly recognized and appreciated in my eyes, and I hope AT&T recognizes this as well! I came in and was greeted and helped by Tyler. He was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about everything . An extremely swift process and very good communication. He made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions . Definitely will be going to this store for any further questions or help.

We went at opening time on a Sunday morning and Donovan was amazing at helping us through our phone upgrade and getting us the best deal to save us money. Great service and one of the few open at 10am on sundays.
