AT&T Store

I only came in to get a new phone. This staff/group of people where getting hit left right and center. They were helping everyone always kept their cool. They help each other and that’s what’s awesome. A solid thank you to Ronyln for putting my phone cast on. Water proof indeed.

Eric is the most patient and caring person. I just lost my husband and something went wrong with my phone and it caused me to be upset because talking to my friends was comforting me and I felt I was losing that too. Well Eric was the perfect person. He was calming and stayed with me. He spoke to customer service for me with my permission and he was simply the sweetest most compassionate salesman I have ever met. I hope someone higher up sees this. He’s a credit to your store. Seriously. He had the patience and kindness of a saint. Just so kind and caring. Thank you Eric

Our experience with our representative Ed at the AT&T store in Bethpage, NY was excellent, more than a 5 star ⭐ rating. Ed was extremely kind, courteous and very knowledgeable and helping us transfer all info from Gary‘s iPhone 11 to his new iPhone 14. In my opinion he went above and beyond what needed to be done. We were very grateful for Ed’s expertise. He made this task so easy and carefree. We would like to thank Ed and make sure corporate realizes what a valued employee AT&T has in Ed. Thank you!!!!

Came to AT&T to upgrade my phone and solve an issue on another phone. There was no waiting time, store was clean, neat and solved my issues with a phone call to a technician who actually fixed the issue. I had a bad experience at another store in East Meadow. So happy I came here. Ed is the one who helped us and answered all our questions. He seemed to know a lot of the Promotation that would save us money and even the manager came to make sure we were satisfied with the service and if we had any question. I think that’s good costumer service and I will be back here for sure.

The staff at this location is great! I went in to inquire about upgrading my service and was greeted right away by the associate Syed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything that I needed to know to make my decision. I ended getting such a great plan with upgrades for the whole family. His patience and kindness make the experience flawless. This was my first time at that store and it will be my go to location! Thank you Syed, Zach and the staff!!

I came into the store to open up a new line and possibly get a new phone. Andy was the store rep that helped me out, he was very knowledgeable and friendly; he notified me of all the promotions they had going on. He was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions, and in the end he helped me choose a plan that worked best for me. I definitely recommend coming to this store, and I definitely recommend asking for Andy when you go. I walked out with a new plan and a new phone, and I got a great deal on all of it, thanks to Andy.

I came to the Bethpage AT&T store for a watch fix that I spent 2 hrs on the phone with customer service and to get no where and got my watch fixed by Latoya and Jessica. I was greeted upon arriving with high cheekbones( cus their wearing masks) and nothing but a good interaction after. I’m highly grateful for there assistance.

Adriano was very helpful and explained every step we were going through. Brought a pixel 4xl and a iPhone xr and we are enjoying our new devices. Come here for a friendly staff and great customer service you will not regret how nice they treat you here.

Andy helped me as soon as I came into the store.He was very professional and polite and any question I asked he addressed it and explained everything to me.He is a great employee. The first employee whoever helped and explained thoroughly everything I asked . He is a pleasure.
