I do NOT KNOW what I had done to my phone, but the employees at this location didn't mind taking as much time as was needed to fix my mistakes. They were personable and friendly. I felt like I was amongst long time friends for the grueling hour plus it took us to work out the issue and get me back up and running.
10/10 customer service. I truly wish I lived closer to this location so they could have all of my business from now on!

I want to say thanks to Darlean the manager there there were some problems with RQ (crickets selling account manament stuff).She was very helpful but the only reason I didn't sign up is beacuse I thought the customer care rep and she said that those plans were unlimited

My phone was stolen and Cricket Wireless assisted me in picking out a new phone. They also set it up for me and I was out in less than 1 hour. Sprint and Verizon? Don't even get me started...
