Knowledgeable friendly staff! Even the customers knew a great deal. If you want running/ hiking/ trekking footwear, this is the place. Pay a little more for greater quality. Yet not locked into box store choices. I'll be back with the wife very soon!!

The folks working here are friendly, personable and attentive. Yesterday I dropped in and said "I'm on a quest, I hate my trail shoes." Caelyn listened to what I was looking for. She brought out multiple choices and ultimately it was one she suggested that was the best fit. This is my third similar encounter there, all with different staff. Being plus-size, stores that feature active wear can be intimidating or dismissive. I have never had that experience with them. They listen, and I love each pair of shoes I've gotten from them -- they've done me well on both asphalt and trail. Yes, the price point is going to be higher than Target, but what you can't find they can order and their expertise is super valuable. Thank you AKtive Soles.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They listened to the things I was looking for in a shoe and then helped fit me for inserts to help with extra support for my arches. I'm excited to see how well these help correct the alignment of my knees.
