Went there again today, and they still get Five Stars. I call the customer service to be sure my phone insurance was in effect. It was so I took the phone in because it wouldn't take a charge. The dude behind the counter blew out the charger socket, and it worked fine afterwards.

Bought one phone there, and just picked up a free phone from their employee Austin.

Employees working here very helpful. I waited my turn and as i was there they were helping an older gentleman. They showed compassion and patience in helping the gentleman with an easy task. When it was my turn they quickly took care of my issue and got me on my way. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area. The store was also very clean and organized.

Had an issue with lines and billing. Madison was excellent, she knew exactly how to fix it and did it quickly. We were in and out within 10 minutes on an issue we thought would take forever. Madison is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. Thank you for making solving an issue easy!

This location is always so friendly and ready to give you all the great deals, Madison helped me with a 5G phone at an amazing price and made sure everything was good to go and all my backup was restored before I left the door. Very easy to talk to, nice, and overall just amazing customer service. Everyone here is always so nice but Madison went above and beyond for me.

I had a warranty issue, and had to get my phone replaced. To make a long story short, there were a lot of weird, technical issues involved. I had to go to the store multiple times. The customer service I received from Dante was 2nd to none. I also noticed a lot of great comments about him here. There is a reason for that. Dante is going to go very far in life.

Denise and Dante helped us out when we went to go get new phones. They were extremely helpful and charismatic. I’m just sorry we went by so late, even though we were there 30 minutes from closing they were fantastic got us all set up with our phones pretty quickly and we’re a great conversation!

The girls at cricket are awesome and provide awesome customer service. Denise and Angel are always friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond. I switched to cricket because it was affordable and they have different plans for everyone. I was tired of paying too much. They even helped me get a new phone and transferred all my stuff over. I would highly recommend this store. These girls deserve more than 5 stars for sure! 🙂

Went there awhile back. Staff was very helpful. An associate named Samantha helped me pick out phones and discussed the different plans offered. She was super nice and informative.

I spoke with an agent with name Samantha and she was very helpful and everyone is very knowledgeable and tech savvy, their customer service was really amazing I mean they will go above an beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO IN😁😀
