Ace Hardware North Padre

Very cozy feel of the store. Variety. Doesn't feel like a hardware store. Kind and courteous sales reps. This was my first visit and we look forward to going to the island and shop at this lovely store.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware Man! Very much enjoyed the experience. The wife and I loitered for a couple of hours. This location even stocks Consuela! Service was first rate and had a great shopping experience.

Outstanding customer service.
As an Ace Rewards member this does not surprise me. Forgot to get the fishing licenses before we went down to Corpus Christi to go fishing. The Staff here got us all taken care of real quick. Plus they have a bunch of fishing gear and frozen bait.
That's why they say, Ace is the helpful place!

One of the only hardware stores with an excellent selection of dock repair hardware and equipment. This store is a great asset for the island (PIN). Our Pachanga is secure on a new boat sling cable.

Super friendly, helpful staff and great selection

Sweet upgrade! Lots of female friendly outdoor Island eye candy for us to browse while the guys check out the cleaner & more organized hardware. The aisles are clearly marked and tagged properly. Lots of new items for grills, deck and patio lighting, entertaining as well as gardening.....and general maintenance, of course. I love have this so close.

Huge fishing selections! Great service! They have tons of stuff for lawn care, to much to list

This has to be the best established in North Padre Island the staff was very friendly and helped my family. Judy the Manager was very helpful and curious I wish every business had a person in charge as her this establishment is very lucky to have her and wish she is getting compensated for it well.

Friendly staff always trying to be helpful and proactive. Selection is smaller than a big box but that's to be expected and location is convenient if you are on the island.

While I went in for one thing, I came out with about 12... just walking around t'he store, I saw so many items that prompted me to remember items I was going to pick up in town.... so I got all kinds of items from spray adhesive, strips of velcro, LED bulbs, chicken wire, etc... and within 3 hours all items were in use... it wasn't buying!

Yes, the prices are a bit higher than in town, but I didn't have to leave the Island or deal with going over the bridge!

I found a beautiful Blue Heron rain gauge for my yard. Store was well stocked, beautiful beach items along with a little of everything.

They really are the helpful hardware place! I went to get a Traeger for my husband's birthday. Tyler was super helpful and they even delivered it for me! Walked me through all the modes and features. I've gone in many times over the years for various nuts and bolts and paint- they are always super attentive and helpful. Extra points because they carry boutique type items as well.

I have been in this store several times now, while doing some repairs to a condo. Every time I have been in, everyone has been so helpful and kind! Not only are they a well stocked store, but their prices are reasonable for being the only hardware store on the island. The store has always been clean and organized when I’ve been in. I enjoy shopping here.

Best place to get your fishing license! Roger was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us with our licenses and provided so much information on needed equipment, bait, where to go and more. He is the most helpful hardware man ever! Thanks so much!

Very nice people. Many of the staff are knowledgeable about most jobs/tasks being performed on the island. They have just about everything from paint to gardening and so much more.
