My best experience ever at a phone store. The gentleman in Sudbury helped me set up my phone quickly and efficiently. He was ultra competent.

I had an excellent experience both with the call center before I arrived at the store and while at the store. All staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

We had the best experience in this store than we've ever had. And I've been a Verizon customer since 1990. Walid was so efficient, entertaining and enthusiastic about his job. Noone felt like they were waiting. He went from customer to customer taking care of everyone while phones were transferring information etc! Highly recommended store. So glad we upgraded while on vacation. We are from SC.

I just came in mid-day on a Wednesday with a slightly complex issue. I didn't catch his name, but the store rep handled my issue and multi-tasked with other incoming customers extremely well. I was in competent hands the entire time and it felt like a corporate store.

I dropped and broke my phone this morning and was really not looking forward to the time consuming experience ahead of me. I was pleasantly surprised at the Verizon Store in Sudbury. The young representative, Stowe, was excellent. The switch was quick and efficient.

Wonderful customer service. Did not try to sell me things I didn’t need. Very respectful and knowledgeable. I’m impressed.

Victor was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to sell me most expensive phone. Explained all options and financing. Highly recommend the Sudbury store and see Victor

I loved the liquid glass phone protection so much that they did on our phones, that I thought I'd try it on my PS VITA handheld game station. Andrew was working today and did an amazing job. It looks fantastic and will protect the screen way better than the old overlay protectors. I really appreciated this. Thanks again Andrew!

Me and my family went to this Verizon location about a week ago. I had just dropped my phone in a pool and needed a replacement. The associate Andrew was amazing and extremely helpful. He helped us maneuver and work our way to a deal that meant a newer cheaper model phone for me, a newer cheaper phone for my sister, and he cut the cost of our bill while getting us more data by switching us to unlimited. Andrew stayed calm as the store got busy despite being the only one working. He smoothly helped each group out, often coming by to check on us despite being busy. Andrew is an excellent employee who deserves not just a raise and a promotion but commendation from Verizon.

Andrew, the store manager at Verizon in Sudbury, MA was outstanding. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He suggested the right smart phone update and accessories for me and my budget. Kudos to Andrew for making the smart phone update experience a very pleasant one.

Very clean, easy to find what I wanted, nice store. Jason was a pleasure to work with.

Awesome guys, super easy to work with. Had me in and out with a brand new phone in 25 minutes with all my info transferred over from my old phone.
