Just Press Play is the only gaming store our family has used for many years. Their staff is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They almost always have what I need in stock.

Love your store. Bought some blu rays and nes games. Is there a new console where you can play with other players live online over the internet? If so what console do you recommend and what games work to do this?

My nephew just got PSP and I decided to take him out and get some games for it. Since he's down in Jennersville area and there are no retro game stores around him we had a choice. Go down into the city or up to Lancaster. We decided on Lancaster and I'm glad we did.

We started off with a leisurely drive through farm country up to Willow and visited the first of 3 Just Press Play stores in the Lancaster region. This location appears to be the newest one and I found a very nice store that was well stocked with a enough retro and current gaming items to sate just about anyones needs.

We found a large assortment of PSP games on a rack right inside the front door and in no time at all my nephew had picked out 3 games for himself. I want to point out that all of their PSP games came in their original folding cases. Often times when shopping for PSP games or movies you find the UMD/s loose. Not here. It's a nice touch that I discovered throughout the days visit to all their locations. JPP has taken the time to clean up and package all of their content. The price came out to less than $20. You gotta love retro. For a third of the price of a new game my nephew ended up with 3 games that will keep him busy for hours.

As we were checking out I ended up talking to the assistant manager, I believe his name was Ian, and we discussed the store and philosophy etc. Also I wanted to note, they have a 14 day game return / exchange policy. All I have to say is "Nice people, great place". I'll definitely visit again when I'm back in the area.

My husband and I frequent all the Just Press Play stores, but this store in particular has a ton of stuff that I just keep coming back for! Dave and Chris were SO kind, friendly, and helpful while my husband and I were shopping. They answered all our questions and showed us where we could find everything we were looking for. We will certainly be back to this location!

I’ve been to all locations in Lancaster County but the Kendig Square location is closest to me. I’ve been coming here since they opened and all staff is great and knowledgeable. All locations have such an impressive selection of new, preowned, and retro games/consoles. Prices are reasonable without a over inflated markup. I’m very grateful that JPP is in business and can basically rely on them to have exactly what I’m looking for between the different locations.

If I could give six stars, I would. JPP is my go-to game store. The crew there in Willow Street are excellent, nice, and very helpful people. If I ever have a question about something, they know exactly what I’m talking about. I’ve bought their retro consoles, retro games, movies, and new game releases and I’ve never been disappointed. Prices are fair, and almost every time I stop by they have amazing deals on the things I’m looking for. Would highly recommend giving them a visit!

This store is the best place for all gamers and movie lovers!

In my experience, they offer the best prices on games and trade ins. I recently traded in a few Nintendo Switch and PS4 games and received over $30 more in store credit than I was quoted by a different game store. I also can never walk out without buying at least 2-4 blu rays for my collection.

I highly recommend checking their trade in values before visiting competitors!

Fair trade in prices for sure. Knowledgeable Friendly staff that ALWAYS are willing to answer any sort of questions you have. I have never been pressured into a sale. Well run company in my opinion. I'm not an employee or a relative. Just an honest review.

Great store. The staff is super friendly patient. There are a lot of games to choose from and the prices are right on. Good value for your used games and systems as well. Convenient and easy to find on the bus route. While you're there stop at Sal's for a good bite to eat.

Just Press Play is the best place to get all of your video game needs. They also have plenty of other items such as plushies, board games, collectibles, movies, music and just recently vinyl (at the Kendig location). The staff tries their best to help fulfill your needs as you shop around the store.

Best video game store that I'm aware of. The price and selection is good, but the staff knows their stuff and are so approachable that I've gotten game ideas eavesdropping on their conversations with nongamer-grandmothers purchasing gifts for grandkids!

I've been going at least a couple times a year for, wow, at least 10 years or more and I've consistently been impressed with staff knowledge of gaming. Not only do they know what they're talking about, they are totally engrossed in giving honest opinions to customers - it's clear that their primary interest is in making sure customers have a good experience. So often, game "experts" are into talking up only the latest releases - not here, where they listen and offer honest opinions.

Thanks for such a great gaming environment!

My son's love going in here to check what is available. Sometimes they have what you want and for that gaming system and sometimes not. They have older gaming systems you can buy and new also. They buy and sell used games, DVDs. TV series DVD, and box set but it's a by chance but they generally do a buy 2 get 3 Rd free or maybe half off. We've never had a problem with anything we bought and the young men at counter are very helpful if your like me and a bit lost at what your children want or need. They have controllers also.

Always a pleasant experience shopping here! 95% of the time I go to the Willow Street location, and they usually have what I need, if not they call their other stores to see if they have it in stock, that's above and beyond customer service you'll never get at other stores!

The staff in general seems down to earth, but I write this review in particular of Justin. In my experience, he's been awesome. He is definitely knowledgeable, and when I traded in some stuff he seemed to give me the best possible prices. Also, he quickly replaced bad cords that came with the N64 I bought, and was apologetic and empathetic.

Been going to this store(s) for years and every time is an awesome experience. The employees are nice all around and they know what they're talking about. They don't bs you for any cards or anything if you say no the first time. Also the best buy and trade prices round. Please support these people instead of gamestop 👏👏
