Ebony is amazing!! She went out of her way to go to another post office location to find my daughter's prom dress that had been lost in shipping. I have never received such great service. Ebony should be promoted to Post Master General! Thank you!!

There is a grumpy man that goes out of his way to be miserable. He treats the post office more like a local hangout for him to chat it up with other vendors and drivers behind the counter. When it comes to him helping you ship he goes out of his way to give you the most expensive options for shipping. I have literally shipped the same objects on other days with different employees and wasn't asked to pay more than twice the amount. He must enjoy riping people off or pocket the excess amount. However on the other hand there are two (3 occasionally but always 2 working) wonderful employees. Chao and crystal are always cheerful and want to help you get in and out of the post office quickly. They search for ways to save r money when it comes to shipping. Maybe the grump bug will retire or go to s place for grumpy old men and let the lovely women of millersville post office shine. Lastly there is another friendly female worker that isn't there as often but fits in with chao and crystal.

I believe her name is Chao.... She goes out of her way to be consistently rude to the point she started berating me in front of customers. Her attitude towards me is reprehensible. I understand people have bad days but not to the point of taking it out on others. Do yourself a favor and try being kind for a change.

If I could give a zero star I would. This semester has been the absolute worst with the post office.

First off, I moved into a new apartment and for some reason I started to find my mail outside of my apartment instead of in my mailbox. One day, I got a notification saying my package had arrive and when I checked everything it wasn’t there. I spoke to them multiple times about this issue and they told me they would look into it. When I went back about a week later this older man told me that “it’s a college apartment, things get stolen all of the time. Nobody checks their mail anyway”...EXCUSE ME?! He completely dismissed me because I am college student. When my parents called to ask why my mail is never put in my mailbox be stated that sometimes it doesn’t fit in my box to which they responded that there’s larger mail carriers for my complex and the package was so small it didn’t even need to be put there anyway. It could’ve easily fit in my mailbox. So THEN he suggested I purchase a $70 PO Box to have everything “safely” sent there. I am not spending that kind of money because they’re the ones losing my mail.

Secondly, my mom sent me a package of essential oils to try (so it’s bottles and liquids, keep in mind). She reached out to me saying she’s been notified that it was sent. The next day I check my mail to find a box that fit the entire container of my mail box. I tried getting it out until I realized the only way to get my package was to cut it open while it was stuck in the mailbox. Things could've broken. The mail carriers need to recognize when mail should go into different sized boxes.

Rude staff. Awful service. Mail carriers don’t know when to put certain size packages in the right containers. End of story.

The worst customer service! They take no responsibility for any mess ups on their end. Did not enter information correctly after spelling it all out for them and the postmaster is completely disrespectful!

I had an appoitment for the pasaport of my son and they don't take a copies of the documents i asked to him if i can go to the store nerby for the copies and he says no. But the person Who had the next appoitment did not have copies either and he gave him the opportunity to go for the copies! I'm hispanic and the next appoitment white person. That's curious!!!

Either don't receive mail when its to be delievered even though it shows at the post office. Spoke to an older guy about mail never even showing up (gov piece of mail) and got an excuse that it doesn't mean they have it and could be a few days. He didn't even want to hear about it. Everything else was received (junk mail mostly).

I wouldn’t even give this place a star but I have to. The female (unsure of her name) was completely rude and took it out on me for no reason. Terrible service and will not return. Do not waste your time here as the customer service is absolutely horrible.

I have mailed the same piece of mail at 5 other post offices and this office wanted to charge me 5 times the price I paid at the other offices. I questioned the charge and they told me that that is what they normally charge for that type of package. So much for thinking I would save some time. They wouldn’t even look in to it. Never again.

Someone at this post office has sticky fingers and took my birthday money… watch out..
