Party City

Just stopped by to exchange a balloon that popped soon after it I purchased it. I didn’t have a receipt but the manager was kind and accommodating and honored it. I’m pleased by her service that went above expectations to serve a customer. Will return to this location!

I was blown away by their customer service. In a nutshell, I picked up latex balloons yesterday morning for my sons birthday today. This morning, they were on the floor. When I called the store they explained that latex balloons don’t last as long (recommend same day pickup) but they would deliver a new batch to MY house. They didn’t even bat an eye. An hour later, balloons appeared. I can’t remember the last time someone went that far above and beyond. I am very grateful to the lovely lady that answered my call and took care of me. Whoever you are - thank you!

There is an employee at this location named Emily and she was the most helpful and accommodating. She provided excellent customer and couldn't be more polite.
I'll def be coming back here in the future. :)

Better prices here then on Amazon for the same goods. We bought candy, extra balloons, and all kinds of fun stuff for our event!

I’ve always had a good experience and the product selection is great.

This store handles situations very well. I watched a difficult customer in front of me and the staff handled it very professionally. For me I arrived and my balloon order was incomplete, the staff fixed it within no time and my daughter was all smiles with her balloons. Great customer service and staff at this store.

Everyone was helpful; I had lots of questions about balloons and stuff for my daughter's birthday party. They politely answered everything. The staff was personable (they were excited about someone else's baby shower order)

FYI. If your kid is 5’2 or taller, get Adult Small costume! I have a tall 12 year old and she needed a medieval times costume. Barely anything there for kids, so I explored the adult section and sure enough... Adult Small size fit her perfectly.

You can be overwhelmed, If They don't have it it's not made, PARTY, PARTY,PARTY, price is reasonable, good parking & easy to spot. They do deliver on large orders & tent rentals,also can do set up for extra cost.

Excellent selections and helpful staff. Parking can be challenging depending on the time of day you visit.

My new favorite location. They even had balloon station to mange all balloon orders (it was an hour wait) and my balloon bouquet was lovely.

The cleanest, most organized location compared to others I have been to while planning my sons 5th bday party.

Grear store, some say a littlepricey, but I say you get what you pay for. Always treated well by my favorite salesperson JACK.See him when you visit. He will treat you like a VIP !

Alot of variety in party materials and apparrel here. This location was organized very well. There weren't any misplaced products and everything was also marketed with reasonable pricing.
