Franklin Rowe provided outstanding service. I recently traveled back from Europe and he took the time and had the expertise to set my eSIM up. I would recommend him to any person seeking assistance for their cell phone issues.

My family and I went into the store to see about getting new phones . We worked with Hector who was wonderful and patient, explained everything to us and even got us into a cheaper phone plan with unlimited data which we did not have previously.

Sales representative Mohammad assist me with opening a few phone lines, super patient and took his time and answered all the questions I had. Once Mohammad finished helping me out, the store manager introduced himself and asked if everything was resolved and if I had any questions come up not to hesitate to contact the store. Very nice and professional group of people working in that store. Would recommend this store to friends and family members.

I just am so grateful to always have Chris Froewiss there for me when I can never get good customer service on the phone when I call. Every time I have a problem he goes way beyond of helping me. I must of called AT&T twenty times on the phone and they all gave me the run around. They reroute you clear across the country when they never take care of me properly. I go in the store and every time Chris takes care of my problem right away. I can’t thank him enough and he goes beyond great customer service. He is very personal with everyone and I truly appreciate him! He needs recognition for his excellent customer service for how he takes cares of every customer he takes care of. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t feel the way I do about AT&T.

This location has a great knowledgeable staff. Franklin was very helpful and patient with me. I asked a lot of questions and they made sure to answer them all to the best of their ability. Even when the phone I wanted to order was no longer available to get, Franklin took the time to look up others that were like what I was looking for in a phone, and on his own device. In the end ordered the phone that best fit what I need. Thank you to Franklin and the staff. Had a great experience considering I was super stressed about what to get.

I had a great experience visit at the Niagara Falls Blvd AT&T store. The sales associate Hector was professional, business etiquette and knowledgeable. A customer satisfied.

I just want to say that you are very fortunate to have an employee Chris Froewiss! He is great at explaining everything I asked him about my new phone and my protection plan. After I got my new phone I went back and he installed the protective glass for me and helped me set up my new phone. He's very patient and you can ask him anything.
I even asked him about football because I didn't know what "shotgun" meant. He explained that also!
You are very fortunate to have an employee as great as Chris!

We were fortunate to visit AT&T while Mari was working. My husband and I had a great deal of questions and concerns about the technology we were purchasing and Mari went out of her way to be helpful, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. She took care of us in a timely matter yet made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered to the fullest extent. She is a great representative for your company and we will continue our service because of employees like her. We were truly impressed with this young lady And hope that she Gets acknowledgment she deserves.

Wait time was long, but employee was amazing and helpful very patient. She just needed help I think more people need to be hired to help. Not fair for one employee with 14 customers waiting and she did excellent regardless though. We were pleased with the visit overall 💯

Best AT&T corporate store experience to date. I have been practically a fixture in this store since moving to Buffalo. I have added, removed, and changed lines of service as well as equipment, etc. If I needed to speak to a manager, there was always one nearby to answer questions; however, every staff member seemed very knowledgeable. There was very little "up-selling" pressure, which was MUCH appreciated. I got the equipment I needed and the service I have come to expect from this exceptional corporate location. Had the most pleasant experience at this AT&T location! Franklin assisted me with a very frustrating issue regarding the SIM card on my iPhone. He was extremely knowledgeable, listened to me describe the problem and solved it in a timely manner. Came in to get my new Note 8 today and the customer service was awesome and better than any I have received before. Jeremy was my salesman and he was awesome, very attentive and helpful. A great asset to the company! Thanks again! This phone is sick!
