It's a wonderful place to find the perfect shoes.

This is my favorite shoetime the customer service is always great. Everyone in there make sure they help you. The manager is always a joy, help, and have a great personality. The employees are the reason I always come back.

i love this place, it's right by my house which is super convenient, and I love the shoes they have ! I bought two pairs of shoes and a bag with a takeout design on it and the prices were really good ! I bought some shoes from here about two or three years ago and they lasted until a few months ago which is great considering how much I wore them. they have a lot of shoe and color options but I hope they add more alternative/aesthetic shoes for people with different feet types, would definitely go here again

I just left this store and couldn’t wait until I got home to write a review. The staff was amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful!!! These ladies are annoyingly happy LOL!! As an HR Manager in another industry, these attitudes are exactly what I look for when making hiring decisions. Be careful Shoe Time, I may be coming back to steal your team members 😀

Great selection of shoes for every occasion! Shoes are reasonably priced and they have deals too! Very convenient location.

The help was so wonderful. Definitely a go to shoe store in the Chicagoland area ! Kayla, Tasha, and Monay were by far the best associates a costumer could walk into! The atmosphere of this store is so great! One of the managers, named Monay literally saved my life. I had bought 2 pairs of boots earlier today, and one of them didn’t want to zip up and I have large calves. I went back to the store, showed her the boot, she fixed it in less than 3 mins. And I was running late for a party. Thank God for her!!! Love this store and the atmosphere! They make sure you are well taken care of. Will be going back soon! Thanks again Monay😍

I went to the store on 7550 S Stony island and the staff there..... Brittany,,,,, Janice,,,,, and Aaliyah was super awesome and very friendly and patient. . . . You girls rock.... The store was clean and you felt the warm love when you entered the door upon them greeting you with a smile... THANKS BEAUTIFUL LADIES 💋💋💋💋💋

The customer service there is superb amongst the ENTIRE staff; especially Monay! She should do a commercial! She’s a prime example of Professionalism at its Best! And love the shoes there and reasonably priced!

Today was my first time shopping in shoe time and i must say WOW! every one was so nice and helpful i went in there for one pair of boots and left with 3 pair of beautiful shoes I will be back! You have a lifetime customer in me! keep up the great work ladies!!

Shoe Time is a very friendly place. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and given the promotions that are going on for the day. If you want a quick inexpensive shoe, you can come here...Very fashionable shoes and many colors to choose from. Nice Staff...

Decent shoe selection and an amazingly friendly staff. They were very helpful with helping me find a shoe. And even help me try them on because I'm pregnant. I'll definitely be back!

I have been shopping at shoetime for years! Never been to the 85th location until today and my experience was great! Mariah was the sales associate there she asked did i need help and she did assist me and found jus what i was looking!!! Thanks Mariah!!!

(ON 75th STONEY) Very nice crew they have working here. Greeted me and my friend with lots of energy. And help us find he shoes we needed. I will be returning today:-)

I must say it was a pleasant visit. For it to be the city the ladies were so helpful, hey offered to help me get a shoe that was at the bottom. I had on a medical boot and they still helped me. Thank you
