Mason and his team of experts were extremely helpful. Got us set up on a new phone and actually lowered our monthly bill. Super happy to be able to go travel the world in the next month and have a new camera on my phone.

I went into the store on a magenta plan and they told me I could get a new iPhone 15 Pro Max for about $26 a month and they hooked me up with some trackers and cases for really good deal I’m really really happy that I went to the store they were super knowledgeable and helpful the new store manager and his associate Raya are amazing!! My bill actually dropped my bill $3 and all the new benefits.

I stopped by after having a terrible interaction with the store on Alton and Culver, ending up coming to this store to pay my prepaid bill. Raya was extremely helpful, even going as far as to write an entire page on her notebook with all of the benefits that I would receive if I were to switch to postpaid. We tried to switch but I unfortunately didn’t get approved due to a credit issue, which she explained is a completely normal thing to happen as she sees it a lot and that we would be able to try again in 30 days. Having such talent in understanding how to save me as much money as possible with all the benefits I wanted and being so understanding with me is just some of the best aspects of my interaction at this store. Nemecio, Jacob and Mason (the other members of this T-Mobile) were also extremely nice and were making conversation with me throughout the process. I will always make sure to recommend this store to as many people as possible whenever I get the chance. THIS T-MOBILE IS AWESOME!!!!

Had a major issue getting a IPhone promotional rebate applied to my account and had been waiting over 3 months with no resolution. Even called customer service several times and nothing- went into the Irvine UTC store and manager Mason helped me. In 18 min issue resolved. He was super fast, diligent and even set a time to follow up with me personally to make sure credit applied. A+ for customer service 🏆

Where do I begin? I need anyone and everyone to experience the level of superior service I had when I walked into the 4237 Campus Drive T-Mobile store.

Their customer service is second to none and the product of the different phones that was shown to me met the quality I was looking for and exceeded my expectations. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

Anytime I’m looking to upgrade my devices the ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. It is truly my go-to place and the best store in town.

Needed a new screen protector after a recent bender in Reno. Jax was eager to help me, almost shoving other associates out of the way to jump on the opportunity. I asked if he could put the screen on, to which he happily obliged. We talked about the new Godzilla movie and he gave me a recommendation for a restaurant nearby, was very yummy. Very much satisfied with my experience at T-Mobile.

If you need to upgrade your phone or are in the market for a new cell phone plan, look no further than the T-Mobile store on Campus and Bridge. Jacob was fantastic! He was extremely efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Without asking, he reviewed my current plan thoroughly and offered me several ways to take advantage of different promotions to save money! In fact, when I was in the store, another customer of Jacob's from the Buena Park location came in to thank him for his service that he had provided to him a while ago. This just goes to show exactly how knowledgeable and helpful Jacob is. If you visit this location, ask to see Jacob. You won't regret it!

Jae is amazing manager! He is super nice, friendly, helpful! We always come back to this store to be helped by him for all of our T-Mobile business account needs.

Update: did another transaction here, they were equally chill about it. I dunno why I expect the business to be offended that I've decided they're a safe e-commerce location, but I'm super grateful they take exactly the opposite tack.

Came here because it was a safe place to complete a transaction, and both the customer and I used T-Mobile. Turned out we were very lucky we did despite a line, Raya found time to swoop in and help us solve problems at multiple stages of the phone set up process. During this time I overheard her solve an impressive number of customer's problems with humor and alacrity.

The store was clean and everyone was so polite and helpful. The manager was really friendly and he really made sure all my needs were met. Extremely satisfied in my visit here and will be coming back for sure if I need a new phone. Thank you!!

Went in because I broke my phone yesterday. I was worried I wouldn't be able to walk out the door with a new one because I needed it that day for work. Jackson was incredibly professional and guided me through the entire process. He helped me save money on my plan, transferred all my data to my new phone and I was in and out in minutes. The rest of the staff was also incredibly professional and kind. I will be coming back and sending anyone who needs a phone to this location, thank you guys!

My husband had come into this store last evening to inquire switching our provider from Verizon to T-Mobile. Hisham assisted him. I needed to go into the store today to finish the transition. Hisham remembered my husband and was able to assist me right away. Justin accompanied him in the process. They worked diligently to communicate everything to me (as I am not very tech savvy 🥴).
