This Gamestop is AWESOME! Compared to Hawai'i, the workers here are awesome especially Anthony! He remembered one of my co-worker's name since he is a regular and he even remembered my name — this shows how much the workers here care for their job and love what they're doing! Same as always with GameStop. You can go get the latestest games. I like to use the game stop rewards. I paid about 12-15$ for a year. Gives you a year of the magazine and $5 coupon every month. So every month I go in and get my $4 pokemon cards or spend the $5. On this day they had a promo if you spend 20$ you get a free exclusive GameStop promo card.

It was awesome. I had to use my extended warranty on my grandsons controllers for their PS4 and I walked away with 2 brand new ones. I only wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name. He was very helpful.

there are a one or two employees that are not very good with customers and don't seem to really know what they're doing. Don't really think they should be working there.

Overall, my experience with this location and the employees has been great. It's the location closest to me and I go there often most of the employees there are very helpful and extremely nice. Out of the three or four other locations close to me this is by far my favorite.

I love this store and will drive all the way from Ontario , just to go to my favorite store.What makes this one the best?The employees at this location go over and beyond duty just to make a customer happy. i think the manager - not sure - but his name is like "Leonardo " or something like that. well he is so very helpful every time i call the store for a question or when i go in person too he has taken the time to remember me and my son and makes me feel important and no matter how busy he might be he is never in a rush when helping us and solves any problems that we may encounter this guy does an outstanding job in every way .i dont feel like just another face when shopping here i feel like i matter and they are happy to see us . which is why i buy all my gaming stuff at this location only even if i do have to pay more money for the item because it is worth it. however there prices ,products and services is already better than any other retail store out there . thanks game stop for giving the best service always.
