Absolutely adore popmart and their products. I checked American Dream's website repeatedly to see when popmart would finally open. I wasn't disappointed when the day finally came! The staff was nice and enthusiastic. I'll be back.

It says the store is the first official store in the US, however BAD services are provided here and have such an odd selling skill (try too hard to upsell). NEVER SHOP HERE if you want the item to be shipped to your house, hard to reach out to the person in charge. I also think all the people who work here don't really know WHAT POPMART IS, losing interest in ever shopping here. Recommended to shop at WTC store.

Avoid purchasing toys from this store. Even if you buy one with scratches, they won't offer a replacement. The staff is both unhelpful and impolite. I've bought from Pop-mart multiple times elsewhere and have never had such a poor experience. The key to buying blind boxes is the EXPERIENCE！
