This location is a fairly spacious store with a great selection. The atmosphere is bright and airy, and all the staff did a wonderful job. From the moment we walked in, all the way through the checkout. Special thanks to Avery and Nastasia. Excellent customer service with a great attitude!

Very helpful attentive staff, I was able to find the workout shorts better suited for my activity. They even found a blemish on the shorts I was going to purchase and swapped them out for a better quality pair. I wanted to purchase two bags as well and everyone was most helpful letting me know what styles are in stock at this time. I will return to this location

My daughter and I went to the pop up shop at Somerset today. We had a product quality issue that was handled so thoughtfully and with such compassion and understanding by Brooke. She was very helpful in helping us find the correct material and items to suit our needs. Mario was also very helpful in making selections for us. Great experience of compassion and understanding. Which made it possible to make additional purchases that we felt confident about. So refreshing

First time at this location. Came in looking for specific things for Xmas gifts and literally the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Probably the most helpful staff I have dealt with in any retail store ever! Highly recommend this location.

Back when I lived in the area, I used to go to this store more often. Back then they had great customer service and, to this day, they have great customer service! I had quite an unfortunate occurrence, but Laura (the manager) helped me tremendously! I had gotten alterations and chose to have them shipped to my address. Lulu Lemon used FedEx to ship the pants within 3 days of my purchase, but I never received them. According to FedEx they were left at the door, but I've NEVER had an issue with my packages before, and I never received this one. After calling the store, two employees (Laura and I can't remember the other wonderful woman) stayed on the phone with me until we could get the shipping information, and they even filed a claim for me through FedEx. Unfortunately, FedEx was not willing to grant the claim (which, if you shop there, you know you want your money back if you're not getting the product, it's not just a measly $20!); however, Laura fixed that! She solved the problem when FedEx refused to. Her customer service is greater than I ever expected! Truly, she deserves a bonus for this, in my opinion! Lulu Lemon is lucky to have her.

I’ve never had an issue with this store. They’re so friendly and helpful. I’ve been to the other Lulus in Birmingham and Rochester, and they’re not nearly as friendly as the ones in Troy! They are interested in knowing about you, and will help you with what they think would be best for your life style.
Also, thank you to Lindsey for being so patient with me when I was having trouble ordering an item. You’re the best!! :)

I had the worst experience about a month ago at checkout. I inquired about having 2 shirts cropped, it's free and it IS something offered by Lululemon. The cashier said no and laughed, I asked him to ask someone else and again was told no. Went to Partridge Creek location and had no issues purchasing the top and trying it on, having it pinned and sent off for cropping. Fast forward 11/17 I had to run into Somerset so I decided to go back into Lulu and get another top cropped. I found the same person who helped me try on leggings a month ago-BRITTNEY!!! As soon as I saw her I briefly explained the situation and she was more than happy to get me in the fitting room and pin the hem where I wanted my shirt cropped. If it wasn't for her I would still have doubts about the Somerset location. The new store is absolutely amazing and I am searching online how to contact Lulu to give a more detailed review on my experience and how awesome Brittney is/was!

I have to say, I read the reviews of this particular store before going and it made me very nervous..however, I experienced something very different than what most ppl that left reviews did. All the employees were lovely, and helpful! I tried on a million different things, needed different sizes etc and everyone was so friendly and happy to help me! I will gladly be returning to this store!

I'm new to the lululemon train. Just jumped over from Zyia as I am looking to find more clothes for HIIT and running. I first ordered online and received items with the security tag on it. I went in to this store and was helped immediately. Went in to pick up an on-line order a 2nd time and was greeted by 4 different people upon entering. 1 of them grabbed my stuff and made sure it was all set. This last time I ordered the wrong bra band size. I came in to do an exchange. 1 girl helped me find the size I needed, another super friendly woman helped me get situated in a room to double check I get the write size, and a third, Elena, was VERY friendly at the check out. Overall, I always feel greeted and helped while navigating the new and exciting world of lululemon clothes.

Ask for Katie! She’s the best and very patient, took the time to care for what I was looking for and helpful. Best customer service I ever got from Lulu, I usually shop downtown Detroit but I’m gonna definitely come back and shop with Katie all the time now!

I rarely shop at Lou Lou lemon in general but today my sister and I were able to find the perfect outfits thanks to Natalie (with the LA hat ) and brian. They were so attentive, accommodating and welcoming. They made our experience wonderful. Thank you soooo much Natalie and Brian!!!! We will defiantly be back- sincerely the Garland Twins

favorite lulu location! the new location in Somerset mall is nicely organized and easy to browse with flexible size variations of clothing. efficient workers, i always find what i’m in search of with the high availability and the attentive workers.

Truly had the best experience at this location. Natalie and Katie helped me out! After a not so positive experience at a location in a different state they both went above and beyond to help me. I will only come back to this location now! Thanks Natalie and Katie!!

All my workout great is lululemon, love all their products. This location always seems to be busy, but the staff is always friendly and helpful! Recommend all their workout gear, especially the leggings. They even offer free tailoring if needed!

I was helped by this worker yosef he had helped me do a return and let me purchase items while waiting outside and I didn’t have to wait in the wait list he was respectful and asked how my day was and made me feel welcome I will be shopping here again!

Jody and all the girls are amazing! They were so kind when my yoga mat got stained. :) will go back to this particular lulu every time.
