Only came here once to get some vaccinations, and the process went very smooth and quick. I booked an appointment online through their website and filled in all my information online along with my insurance. It made the process seamless, the pharmacist came out, took me in, got the vaccines I needed and left. Super easy.

If you need to get any kind of vaccine they offer, would highly recommend this place and definitely recommend using their website to book ahead and provide all your details and insurance to make the whole process seamless and fast.

I've been going to Rite Aid stores for years. Two of the stores that I shopped at closed or were taken over by Walgreens. When the Rite Aid store that I shopped at was replaced by Walgreens, the Walgreens pharmacy did not seem to have my medications in stock, so my wife and I started going to the last remaining Rite Aid store in Rome, NY. The store is always neat and clean, and the staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. I have heard that Rite Aid is planning to close more of its locations in the United States, and I dread what we will do if the Rite Aid store in Rome were to close.

This store is always so helpful. The pharmacy is always fast and knowledgeable. After having pharmacy issues at Walgreens. My daughter went there not knowing, she will always use rite aid from now on! So glad we still have this store in Rome. Thank you!!

Store is clean and bright. Easy access off of boulevard with lots of parking. Great staff in the store and pharmacy. Drive through comes in handy also!!!

One of two Rite Aid stores in Rome, NY. Clean fast friendly service. Decent prices on most things. They have a Drive thru pharmacy and they deliver upon request. Good place to develop photos too. Competitive prices.
