Horrible to do business with. Manager Michael could care less about a customer with a problem needing to be looked at . I bought the truck new from Nye, had it serviced by Nye and have never been treated so disrespectful by Manager Michael. I will no longer do my business with Nye.

Art, the service manager contacted me, assessed and repaired my issue.
I was appreciative and pleased with the service and care I received and will return to Nye for my truck service. Art and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied which I wish Michael had done but Nye stepped up and I appreciate that.

I recently brought my vehicle in to NYE Chevrolet on Broad St. in Oneida for annual NYS inspection. It turned out my vehicle had some issues that needed to be resolved before it could pass inspection. Brandon, the technician who worked with me, did a great job explaining what the necessary repairs were, and was up front and honest about the costs involved as well. All of the staff at NYE Chevrolet are always polite, professional and efficient. I will definitely bring my vehicle in for service there again and I will recommend NYE Chevrolet to family and friends as well!

Not crawling, not falling down..... I STAND by my word when I say Marcus Rafferty is hands down the best salesman out there. He's down to earth, funny and talented. He makes the buying process a great experience. He doesn't make his guests feel pressured into anything, instead he makes them feel like family. Ryan Minor at NYE Chevy went above & beyond when I purchase my new car. I work long hours & was unable to pick up my car after getting it undercoated. Not only did Ryan pick it up for me he delivered it to me at work. He was so friendly and even helped me get the healthcare worker discount.
