Wow! If you are looking for a Party Hotel, this is not for you. Very Quiet, No Smoking inside or out. Nice seating area inside to get-together and have a few beers and or a few glasses of wine. This hotel, not feed friendly, so if you are a weekhead, this place is not for you. Very up scale, little bit of a dress code, that is not enforced. Staff, dressed and look like movie models. The Hotel and Rooms Very Clean and Spotless. Fast Elevators. Very clean pool. Be respectful, not all ladies kept their bikini tops on (pool area), just the bottoms, as permitted by state law. Very big grass playing field in front of the Hotel. Bring your baseball, and or soccer, equipment and have a game; and or your picnic equipment and supplies, and enjoy the great lawn. Just down the road, check out the B52. O yeah, great young couples Hotel, but you have to be very quiet after 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM.

This place is a little gem. Delightful stay. It smells of cleanliness. The rooms are comfy and clean, and the staff is friendly. I stayed four nights, and everything was perfect! They have laundry on-site, a complimentary buffet breakfast, and a pool. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Relatively clean and affordable getaway from the normal hectic Life. The pillows could be a little bigger or normal size, I had square shaped pillows, not very comfortable to sleep with. The shower could have a wall shelf for the shampoos so that you don't have to bend down to get them. Otherwise great express free breakfast, great location, good service. Will be back again and again.

Rooms up for remodeling. Great breakfast bar. I had a hudge problem with AAA. Booked 1 night instead of 4. Manager saved the day.

Due to an emergency, we were able to stay here. Both Anthony and Brenda were very attentive to what we needed, and actually cared. I recommend anyone to stay here. It's clean, quiet and relaxing.

About as good as it gets for the price. The room was clean and didn't feel outdated. There were outlets next to the beds for your devices, coffee, the bathrooms were clean. Didn't get a chance to go in the pool, but from the little I saw it looks nice enough. Breakfast was pretty standard: muffins, bagels, cereal, waffles. For the price range, it has exactly what you'd expect, all in good quality.

Beautiful hotel....GREAT experience!! Brenda at the front desk was the most helpful front desk worker that I have ever dealt with. She was so pleasant and helpful and truly made our stay a great one!! My room was immaculately clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable!! This was one of the best stays I have ever had in a hotel!! Great job Brenda and the entire staff!!!

They accommodated everything we needed as we were staying in 2 rooms with 2 adults and 6 children. It was clean the staff was very friendly and helpful we were taken care of by Morgan at the front desk who went above and beyond and was very sweet. The breakfast was nice in the morning also and the attendant there even helped us make the kids waffles. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in need of an update, but they already have it planned. The staff is Fantastic. Was so nice to accommodate our party of 6 when we dropped tge ball on the group reservation. They really went above and beyond.

One of the best places I have stayed. Great staff. Super friendly. Place smelled amazing and is very clean. Rooms are a great size. Bathroom is very clean and modern. Pool was inside and still open (wish I would have thought to pack a suit in NY in November, lol). I needed do do laundry and they have a coin operated set on the 2nd floor. Totally saved me from sitting at a noisy laundromat. Got the room to be close to my 19yo who was up the road having a baby. Stayed an extra night due to the cheap price I found on Priceline and how at home I felt. Even do bagged breakfasts if you want.

Had a weird day yesterday. Just have to laugh at complications when there’s not really anything you can do about it. My reservation for work was there, just not my info, no fault of the hotel or my direct supervisor, so I wait. I ended up waiting for I think about 2, 2 1/2 hours finally my supervisor offered to put my room on her card for the night and she could worry about the reimbursement so I wouldn’t have too, since that would leave me so short $. Talked, joked and laughed with Morgan, the front desk clerk and she went above and beyond. Just goes to show, positivity is just as important from the person standing in front of the desk as from the person behind the desk. These are difficult, new times full of adjustments with the need for flexibility. While yes I am working as well and am tired, so is she. Morgan or Judy or any of the other fabulous workers at this hotel or a clerk in a grocery store or fast food or bank, etc are doing their best to be accommodating for YOU. Stuff like this happens, be flexible, be nice. Even if they seem out of sorts, they may have had a bad day too. They are working through this putting their lives out there so YOU can get the services needed. Maybe asking them if they are ok or saying I hope your day gets better or something nice because I can tell you for a fact, if they were a person that, most of the time wasn’t good at what they do, they wouldn’t be there right now. People have gotten laid off everywhere. Be nice to those around you, we are ALL going through this trying time together and a little kindness can go a LONG way. Thank you Morgan for being such an angel!

Ok. This place was the best! Beautiful rooms, great beds and the staff was awesome.

15 minutes from most of the things you need.

We were expecting an average hotel. This was way above average. Room was beautiful, all conveniences and immaculate. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a very clean hotel. I've stayed in clean hotels before, but something about this place seemed to remove from me any doubt about its cleaness. Even the bathroom was in supreme condition.
I have a tendency to choose my hotels based on if they have a waffle maker at the breakfast bar or not. The breakfast here was excellent. When I woke up, I had a desire to put more on my waffles than just syrup. I wanted fruit. When I went down, I was surprised to discover they had strawberries and whipped cream for the waffles in addition to syrup. That sold me on this place forever. I will add that the buffet also included eggs, I believe, and many other things like English muffins and yogurt parfaits.
The pool is also good. The pool itself is as warm as a hot tub. The hot tub was hot and nice.

This place is awesome. Myself and 5 family members came to Turning Stone Casino for the weekend. We booked 2 rooms. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds was very comfortable. The Jacuzzi room is spacious clean and set up like a suite with a nice couch that pulls out into a bed. The highlight of our stay was Belinda she was unbelievable. Belinda runs breakfast and on Saturday she was a ray of sunshine on a below 0 day. She made everyone feel as if she was here just for them. She treated everone with respect from adults to children. She provided a 5 star experience which solidified the fact that we made the right choice in staying here. FYI if Belinda is not working your experience may be different because ours was on our second day. The bottom line is dont count Wingate by Wyndham out it is definitely a hidden treasure.

This hotel is very clean, staff is extremely helpful and kind. Our room got cleaned everyday and it was a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel is not far from a Walmart. The continental breakfast has a wide variety of items to choose from eggs, sausage, biscuits waffle ect. Great place definitely recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean. I would definitely come back or a return staff. It was nice and close to Turning Stone for a concert.

This the best hotel we have stay so far in 2021.
We drove to Rome,NY from Mesa, AZ with a few hotel stops along the way.
Large clean room and bath, well maintained parking lot,and grass area.
Breakfast was good and tasty, rich tasting ☕ coffee.
A must stay if you're in the area

The GM Brenda and her staff are a asset to the company they are the friendliest and very accommodating . We have been staying at this hotel for at least 5 years and we always get treated like family. We generally reserve about 30 rooms its our annualn pilgrimage to the Eastern Star Home in oriskany new york and always stay here because of the staff .
