Big Lots continues to be a go-to store for everyday and hard to find items. Previously, I really didn't like or have appreciation of this business until I signed up for the rewards, and then I realized the advantages. The store is stocked every week with drinks and foods that you can pay to dollar for in other high-end stores, but Big Lot prices are very, very competitive. After shopping here for theyears and the improvements in staffing, stockin, and overall shipping experience; Big Lots can very much be a Walmart for the local community. While it may not have the items of a Wal-Mart, it does have items I get better prices for, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I now shop here on a regular brand and enjoy discounts up to 25%, which nowadays is very helpful considering the inflation we see today and since recovering from COVID-19. I definitely recommend Big Lots and hope you can appreciate what they provide. Additionally, the rewards card for members is really something I should mention because the requirements for receiving a discount are three purchases to receive 15% to 25%, and your purchases do not have minimum purchase requirements. I enjoy that about the rewards program because it's a real discount you can earn easily and is a value-added bonus. So, stop by and see what I mean. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome location, I’ve been there a few times and all the times I’ve gone they had great customer service. Today, I had a heavy toy that I needed help taking out to my car. Oscar was very patient and helped us out. Defiantly made holiday shopping a breeze.

Ron is an amazing employee. He helped us pick out a beautiful table and chairs plus a couch. Unfortunately the couch didn’t fit but the return process was easy. We will return tomorrow to buy a smaller couch. Excellent customer service.

This big lots store is a fun place to shop. Even though there are only few cashiers everytime i go that is not a problem because lines clear pretty quick. People are always friendly and prices are a bargain. Overall great place to go.

I was buying something from furniture and I needed help to pick it up. A strong man named Oscar I think came and helped me take it to the car. Best customer service I received in a while! Would definitely recommend shopping at this Big Lots!

My family loves Big Lots! We always find everything we need and more for reasonable prices. They have stylish furniture for inside and outdoors. We have bought a livingroom suit, beds, stands, and kitchenware. Our visitors love our sofa and we recommend them to Big Lots!

Great selection of items all around. Went tonight to see if they had a bed for my toddler and they had a few to choose from. Store is clean and it was easy to find items that I went in for
