Staff very helpful and supportive in handling problem. As a senior citizen I was treated with respect and not talked down to for not understanding the complexity of modern technology. Great bunch of people.

Went in today because my Samsung kept losing Internet connection over the past 3 days, then losing some data on the restart, and running hot despite cool weather. They changed the SIM card. So far, so good. Hopefully this did the trick. They said to come back in a few days if the issues recur, and they will apply my warranty towards whatever option I take. I need this phone for work, so it was a relief to hear this.

I got what I needed quickly & easily. I went because I thought I had to replace my phone. Fortunately, it was a MUCH CHEAPER fix. I did have to buy a new charging cord, however.

I went in with a broken screen protector and I was taking care of immediately. Staff was very friendly and accommodating I highly recommend!

Great service from Dwayne and Carlos. I was able to get a new phone, when my phone gave up the ghost. I wanted to keep my phone simple so I was able to get the next model of my current phone.

I don't know the name of the technician that helped fix my Galaxy S8 plus. Whoever he is he probably doesn't get paid enough. Best experience I've ever had with Sprint or any phone company for that matter. Highly recommend!

About a year ago, when I switched my cellular plan from AT&T to T-mobile in Colorado, I added my elderly aunt to my plan. She lives in RI and this store in Cranston did a great job helping her get her new phone set up and running. Recently, she needed a new SIM card to support a particular app and they quickly helped her get that working too. They have provided much better service than the store I deal with in Colorado. I greatly appreciate their customer service and I strongly recommend them for your cell phone needs.

This location by far has the best employees. I have gone to Smithfield and North providence last week and their service was terrible. I made an appointment for today's service and the young woman and gentlemen who helped were great. They had tons of patients, helped me handle the sprint customer service member I was talking to on the phone while handling my other account. These two employees were great! I wish I remembered their names! I wish all your workers in the other stores knew how to treat their customers!

Anthony was incredible beyond my expectations in tech support...he knows his stuff!! I'm so grateful for his help...God Bless him!! And TJ was a great help to us on all the other issues, very informative... and help beyond anyone else I've worked with at Sprint!! Asset to your company!!

Had a problem with my Instagram APP. Wish i got her name, but the young lady behind the counter went out of her way to help me and fixed the problem. She also fixed another problem and the whole time did it with patience and a smile. Great attitude brings substantial results and she had this quality the whole time. Been going to this store for years. Highly recommended!

Shawn C helped us after my husband lost his phone. He was great!! Not only did he get our phone set up quickly, he also had alot of patience with us and our lack of technical savy. I went to this location for tech help on my galaxy s8 it wasn't charging. The technician Kalpesh Patel took my phone and within seconds knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it super fast. He also showed me features with my phone that I didn't know about. Great personality, great customer engagement, he went above and beyond. Thank you Kalpesh

Excellent service always able to answer my questions and repair my phone the employees seem to like there job and use the phones the store sells so can give honest advice about which phone is best for what your looking for everyone else giving the store a bad complaint probably felt there asses were not being kissed enough the only minor complaint I've ever had is the wait time on busier days but what business doesn't have wait time some times

Great customer service! Manager overheard my conversation about losing my Note 8 pen. I was heading back to my car when he stopped me. He grabbed a spare for me in the back!
