Had a good experience, went on black Friday bought a ROG ZEPHYRUS g14, the guy that helped us, shiv was very nice. Would go here and recommend him.

Purchased Beats headphones for my wife and went in knowing nothing about them other than they can be pricey. The staff were extremely tentative and knowledgeable about the products they sell. They answered all of my questions and remained patient with me while I went back and forth about a dozen times debating on which pair would suit her needs best. The sales rep ultimately convinced me to purchase a mid-priced model as it more than exceeded her needs. Turned out it was an excellent purchase and these were the right headphones because she hasn't taken them off since! To make my experience even more pleasant, I've gotten peace and quiet for the duration of the time those headphones are on! Lol-give these guys a raise!

That kid victor sold me two large Flat-screen TVs. Great price and very knowledgeable . A good salesman, so good I even went for the 5yr warranty which I never do. He had them delivered to my house in Florida ,was a great experience

The sales staff gives very good customer service. They are knowledgeable and willing to help customers with any technical questions.

Ordered the product online and it was ready within the hour to pick up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Carven is the best. He’s helped me with multiple purchases. Very friendly and personable, should be a manager in my opinion.

The salesperson was rude. He was acting like if he was the owner of the store. I new he wasn't going to consider to reduce a lit bit on the open item because of the way he talked to his teammate about another prospect buyer. The price was $512 I was expecting just to go a bit under $500. My husband and I just left.

I returned with my husband to best buy and this time around we bought a LG TV and it wasn't open item. It cost more money and we bought a speaker too.
We had the best young man Ryan W for a salesperson to explain brand names with it's new technology. For many years I have bought my electrical items at best buy. I like to talk to a salesperson to explain what is new in technology.
I will give 5 stars because Ryan did a perfect job compare to the salesperson who take care of us two days ago.

Tech advice on phones or computers and peripherals is second to none, at least at the Levittown store where I shop. Staff is very patient and helpful. Prices are the same as most other stores, but when items go on sale, you can snag an item at a decent price. Return policy is not as good as Costco, but all in all, it's OK, even on open items.

Now THIS is my favorite best buy. Bigger store, go there every Black Friday, I built my computer rig with a lot of their great deals every season. I really like the best buy credit card as I get 6 percent back on purchases as well. Probably my favorite hang out store when I'm around the area!

Went there for a specific smart fire tv. Salesman was very helpful, we also got a 5 year warranty and had the large screen TV we were looking for loaded and in the car in about 30 minutes. We always look for good sales there and recomend for your electronic needs

Staff is always helpful. Know their stuff on gaming computers and Geek Squad staff were very helpful.

Atypical offerings but this particular store has outstanding service.

What is there to say. Always great customer service.

Went there with a computer problem. Concerned it might be a virus or something else that might require me to purchase a whole new system. Brian, of the Geek Squad was amazing. His analysis showed the problem was either a bad monitor or monitor cable. Ended up buying a new monitor since the cable could not be unattached from the monitor. He helped me choose the proper monitor.
However, he also took time to explain the Microsoft-installed anti-virus and malware programs, and set me up for automatic scans and updates, as well as some other techniques to use. Answered questions I didn't even think about.
Totally professional and helpful. A pleasure to deal with and a credit to the Geek Squad

I went to best buy to have an issue with my new tablet looked at. Nelson not only fixed the issue, he was also so understanding and polite. All your technical help should follow his attitude. He was easy to talk to,understood the issue,and helped me on an older tablet too! HOW GREAT WAS THAT!! . Great customer service.

But use it as a showroom and buy online if you want better pricing :)
