Aromatic Infusions

AMAZING PLACE! They have everything! Super nice and helpful people there. They have ABUNDANCE of different oils and herbs, along with bath bombs and natural soaps. I also found it really cool that a lot of their products were crafted by other small/local businesses. Definitely worth visiting at least once!

My first visit to Aromatic Infusions was great! Clerk was knowledgeable about the products and listened to my needs, then gave me options! I went looking for something to aid in treatment for some physical symptoms! Great store so far and products. I definitely recommend aromatic infusions!

Update: My family has been back to aromatic Infusions for our needs.

5/27/23 stopped in today for a change-up of supplies. As I get older, my needs are changing. As usual, helpful and nice environment. Will see how the change up works.

8/29/23 went and got a combination of products that combined Handel's our needs, still great service and products!

2/25/24 stopped in for a couple items and got to chat about a product that is modified for my needs.
It is great to walk in and feel at home and talk with the owners. I greatly appreciate the help 🙏.

Nicest, most helpful staff. It smells A-mazing in there! Excellent inventory. They now carry loose herbs as well. Highly recommend for holistic wellness and clean fragrances & products!

The staff here are amazing and very caring. They are knowledgeable in the many products they have available as well. I went here with some bad neck pain from an underlying condition (AS) that i have. Needless to say my neck pain is way better! Everything is organic here too! I will definitely be back!

The girl working explained what each sage was used for and which oils would be helpful for my situation she was very helpful and caring.

The first time I shopped here was for the huge online sale around the Christmas Holidays. I must admit there was a small misunderstanding concerning my pick-up order, but the way management handled the situation makes the misunderstanding frel non-existent and deserves every bit of this 5-Star Rating! Thoughtful, heart-felt, and courteous customer service skills hands down!

Upon entering the store, you are greeted with exactly what you want a shop with this name to smell like, as well as a warm smile from the employee. After looking around wide eyed, she asked if there was anything she can help with, and I explained I had never been to the store before and she insisted on giving me a quick overview of the different sections. After browsing(and smelling) around, she made herself more than available to answer any questions I had, without seeming imposing or rushed.

I have sensitive skin, eczema and allergies to deodorants- so I look forward to trying their products that I have heard such great things about!

The best of doing business with a small, locally-owned business is exemplified in Aromatic Infusions. It's as simple as that... great products, with a well-trained, helpful and responsive staff. It just doesn't get any better than that. Congratulations, Kayla and Charlie... I knew when we met "back in the day" that y'all were bound for success! If I could give this business 10 Stars I would. About a month ago I found myself with a very cranky baby due to an ear infection. I was of course very sleep deprived myself! I called aromatic infusions to see if there was a blend that I would be able to go and pick up to help with the ear pain until the antibiotics kicked in and the lady that answered the phone was so knowledgeable and so helpful.

This is where the story gets good! When I called and explained to her what was going on she told me that she would give me a call right back and she did. When she called me back she gave me the name of two oils and how I was supposed to mix them to be able to give my baby some relief.

The problem was we live in Scott and aromatic infusions is in youngsville! I told the clerk thank you for the recommendations and that I would be there to pick them up before they close. Of course with a sick baby things took a turn for the worst and I was not able to make it to youngsville before they closed.

In desperation I called back and asked the clerk if they would be able to overnight ship the oils to me and she told me that they do ship and I gave her my address and then another employee stepped up and said that she would actually deliver the oils to my home. I was so overwhelmed with how professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable the staff was and so helpful. I cannot thank the staff at aromatic infusions enough for everything that they did for myself and my baby. Thank you a thousand percent aromatic infusions you have a customer for life.

Best Aroma store in Louisiana, My wife Mary and I come from Lake Charles to go there,great customer service,Greg the Manager well you will know immediately who he is the second you walk thru the door if he's there,I need to say no more. Top notch man. Everyone should give this place a shot, and you will also be a repeat customer for life.

The people there are not only friendly and helpful, but also very knowledgeable about their products. I’ve found that if I tell them what issues I’m experiencing they always have suggestions to help. I love when they have sales because CBD isn’t cheap, and every little bit helps.

I'm a new resident of Youngsville and didn't know what to expect when I walked into Aromatic Infusions. First thing I noticed was the beautiful smell of herbs/oils and how neat everything was placed. Then I was greeted by an extremely sweet lady named Brooke. I noticed she greeted everyone with the same warm welcome(thats a plus). Long story short she made my 1st visit very welcoming and I learned a few things about certain products and more. There's a big selection of all products. Everything you need in one stop(another plus). I'll be returning soon

If your just staring with oils and herbs or looking to add to your supplies Aromatic infusions is definitely worth checking out. They also carry soaps, hand sanitizers & and much more. Staff are always friendly and helpful!!

I don’t believe that this Cathy Trahan has ever even purchased from this company and more than likely has ZERO credibility in her review! Someone that miserable in her life that she feels she has to spread lies to make herself feel better is just sad to me. There’s no CEO and Kayla is sleeping with the CEO? That would be her husband if there was one, so yeah, I HOPE she’s sleeping with him!!! KMSL Wow. I recently purchasing from this company, and I’ve done a great deal of research into their product because I’m very careful as there are SO MANY imitations out there. These people are legit. They do make the product there in the manufacturing building in the back. They are also very open and honest about the products that they get from other sources. Don’t believe me, see for yourself. But to sit here and believe this sad woman’s fairy tales that she has created would be bringing yourself a tremendous injustice to the great products this place has to offer. They’ve already made a difference in my life, and I wouldn’t have believed it until I tried them. God bless you, Cathy. I pray that you find peace and love in this life and heal the coldness in your heart. And I find it extremely interesting that at the end that she just so happens to mention Nature’s Path down the road. Nope...not fishy at all. Good day all.
