McDonald's

I was in town for a travel softball tournament for my daughter. I wound up running out of gas actually and got stuck at this McDonald's for several, several hours. The way this stuff handled my presence was beyond anything I could ever ask for. Miss Connie and Mackenze went out of their way to do everything they could to help me. I forgot to mention that I also did not have a cell phone... It's a long story... Then after being there for several hours I wound up locking my keys in my car so it was one thing after another. They were so kind and very polite and allowed me to use the phone and didn't mind my in and out of their restroom. They checked on me several times to make sure I was okay and to make sure I was making progress on my situation. They were truly amazing people. A lot of the time I spent sitting outside in my car, never once did I hear the person taking orders be rude with a single person. They were supremely professional and completely and totally all the perfection of customer service at its finest. This McDonald's was also very very clean and every staff member that I encountered was almost unbelievably nice and polite. Thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience and I truly believe this is the best McDonald's on the face of the planet! If I am ever in town again, this will be my first stop!

Whenever I'm in the Youngsville area, I always come to this Mickey D's. The hospitality is perfect and they serve you just like Whataburger.

Huge shout out to Daniel and his team today, I ordered 100 nuggets for our travel ball team snack and he said he would have it right out and he and his team delivered and fast, thank you so much!

While our kids meals were initially wrong, they replaced them and were so apologetic. We frequent this McDonald’s, and we’ve had issues in the past. But the last year or so the service has been above and beyond. Tristan, or maybe Kristin(not sure), was so sweet and helpful. Way to go management, y’all really have a wonderful staff!

Love the fresh orange juice to go with a Egg McMuffin and a hash brown. My breakfast is always hot and fresh. Very friendly staff, drive-through moves very quickly.

Like I said In a past review, it’s McDonalds so it’s mostly about service and accuracy. This McDonald’s is the best one in Lafayette and the surrounding areas. Always accurate, and if they aren’t, always kind. With the cherry on top being their speedy service.

The lady started to notice me & my dogs routine- and brought him doggy treats one day 🥰 best McDonald's of all

Only ever been through the drive thru, but it’s typically pretty fast m. During rush hour it can be delayed but I think that’s expected for McDonalds drive thru.

This is one of the very few fast food places I will go to ~ They are on point 95% of the time ~ evenings and nights need a little improvement but overall this is a great Mcds!!!

Food for kids again !!!! Lol it was fresh and hot they enjoyed the happy meals .. lines were quite long ...but the line moved super fast! Big ups to youngsville McDonald's!!!

The managers and all the team members deserve a raise. This is probably one of the best McDonald’s drive thrus in the country.

I go there EVERY morning before work. My husband goes on the weekends. I love the drive thru staff. The ladies at the first window always have smiles and tell me good morning and we have a quick morning chat while i am paying. The guys at the second window have even bigger smiles and ask me how my morning is going. Two weeks ago, I saw a fire fighter about to pay for his meal. I told my guy, don't let her take his money, I gave him my money instead. The fire fighter never saw who it was but my guy friend at the window told me thank you (as if i did something for him), That thank you was so sincere and i really did appreciate it. I refuse to go to the one by pinhook because they are rude and do not know y'all policies. The one on Kaliste Saloom doesn't keep the cash registers filled with ink and they never smile.

Been inside a few times and each time is a treat. The staff are helpful and quick. Food is what you'd expect from McD's, hot and fresh.

Service was quick and meal was hot and right. Some drive thrus tend to mess up your order in some way not this one👍

Cheap fast food, as expected. Burgers are a lot better than they get credit for, otherwise they wouldn't be who they are. That said, they are still far from being as good as you'd expect, considering they are who they are. Ironic, I know.
