Postal Annex handled a corporate shipment for our firm this holiday season. The service was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful at the busiest time of the year. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing any postal services. Too, this location has the most wonderful local merchandise. A fun place to shop and post! This place is the friendliest, most capable and professional mailing service in Tucson. They always go the extra mile for other services too, ie., this morning I ran out of my return address labels for my Christmas cards. Josh was so accommodating as always and got me new labels printed within a few hours time as promised. Their card selection and gift shop is lovely too. Just a HAPPY place to spend time. I always leave with a smile on my face! 😊

I tried to next day Fed Ex a package and Fed Ex completely screwed up. But Josh at Postal/Annex helped me track it down and eventually we got it returned. He was a great help with following up with Fed Ex and kept me updated on the progress throughout the delivery process.

Joshua and his crew are awesome! I am a jewelry artist & buy all of my materials & supplies online. Last year USPS lost several of my supply packages. It was really irritating! Lost materials, lost revenue & lost time trying to get compensation from USPS! So I got a mailbox at Postal Annex & never have to worry about lost packages again! I go to this postal annex at least 2-3 times per week. The staff are friendly, prompt, and incredibly helpful. I have a PO box there to safely receive packages, and I use the postal annex to conveniently send packages without having to wait in line at the post office. They also have a notary on site. They are available and responsive via email, phone, and in-person. Lastly, they always have cute items in stock, whether it be cards to little souvenirs and gifts. I strongly recommend this Postal Annex!

It was my first time using the Postal Annex. I had a great experience sending my holiday gifts yesterday. Ze helped me figure out the most economical and fastest way to send my packages. I highly recommend using them over waiting in the long lines at the Post Office.

Hi, my wife and I live full time in Guaymas, Mexico. The mail service here is undependable so we've used Anytime as our Mailbox in the Tucson for a year now. We are notified when mail comes in, we can then view/scan our mail, then decide if we want to shred or save to PDF and possibly printout the document here at home, very convenient. If there is a glitch we can Email or call Anytime. They have also saved important docs( Registration/tags for our car) for when we travel up to Tucson. I'm not kidding, they have saved our a$% more than once..for $10 a mo. it's well worth it. I hope this info. helps someone..

I love this place! Has everything you need and even those last minute, unique gifts or finds for yourself. Josh and Ze are my favorite and they always take care of me with any shipping needs. Friendly staff, great attitudes and I continue to use them for years to come!

I am a regular customer, as I on average go in about more than three times a month! They have amazing service and are always so friendly and helpful! They are all patient and efficient, my packages are always delivered on time.

The staff at Postal Annex is courteous and very professional I rarely have to wait but when I do they acknowledge me when I enter their store send all my boxes and items with them
