We were very frustrated with the service of another phone company and our customer service was Awesome. She listen to what we wanted and what we were concerned about and she took care of us in just a little more than an hour. The other company took 4 hours to take care of us. We got home and had perfect service. Thank you so much for a great experience and we love our service. We went a little over a week without service and after being with this company for over 5 years and they switched services and when we got home we had absolutely no service and when we went to take our brand new phones back we were told we had to come up with 140 to return the phones. It was a learning experience for us.

Even though I've been with them almost 10 yrs I still don't like their prices but the staff is very good. A new manager at this location was typically helpful & knowledgeable. Kristie was great at setting up my new phone and transferring my data.

Kristy could not have made the process of getting a new phone easier or more enjoyable. It is typically a dreaded process (scared to lose your personal contacts/pictures/videos, etc.) but Kristy was professional, polite, personable and made the entire process seamless and successful. She fought to get me the best deal I could, while making sure I was satisfied with the type of phone I was getting and was upfront with all of the costs, positives and negatives of the type of phone, etc. She went above and beyond in her customer service, and I will be coming back to this store solely to work with her in the future (and I live out of state!). Thanks Kristy, and you are lucky to have such a great employee Russell Cellular!

We tried several times to resolve an issue with Verizon Corporate, and were left extremely frustrated on each occasion. We went to Russell Cellular in Hillsdale. Kristy and Leslie did an excellent job of addressing our problem and resolving it quickly. They also informed us of better options to consider in the future.

Stephen was our salesperson, he very knowledgeable and helpful. Our visit was great, we were greeted right away and were able to get what we needed to accomplished, even had some laughs along the way. Thanks for everything I am really enjoying my new iphone13!

Marnie is always pleasant and professional. Even being understaffed she still handles everyone as if they are her #1 priority. I have repeatedly return to Marnie over many years because of her professionalism. Highly recommended.

Kristy did a super job yesterday…. She deserves a coffee card from checker records…. She was very polite and professional.

The other lady in the office not so much.. I ordered my phone on the 27th and it arrived on the 29th… when I went in there on Saturday to get it she could not find it… it felt that she just wanted me out of the office… she was nice but not very professional.

I was extremely upset when I left the store on Saturday.

When I went back in yesterday to get my phone the service that Kristy gave me and the service I got on Saturday was totally different.

Like I said Kristy deserves a coffee card from checker records.

This place was amazing. The rep let me in after initially having closed early. She stayed late and gave me as much time as I needed, never making me feel rushed. Most importantly she was knowledgeable and confident and got me out of a jam and into a new working phone with all my data transferred before I left. I couldn't be happier.

Even when issues did arise while transferring my info from my old phone to my new one, the customer service was wonderful! Marnie got my phone transferred without much issue and with a smile on my face. I definitely recommend going here if you need something phone related taken care of. Customer service rocks!

Very helpful. We called ahead and when we arrived she had everything out and ready for us. I’d lost my phone during a kayak trip and was happy they could assist me. Very personable and friendly. Definitely will go back.

Very helpful! I needed a screen replaced and a new charger. They did some *magic* to help out and I absolutely appreciate their help! They were so helpful and informative that I will only go to this location from now on!

Best experience I think we have ever had in a phone store !! Andrew definitely went above and beyond to get us through a long process even with xfinity being awful during the whole thing .Thankful to have a store with staff that actually cares and is helpful !!
