Deshaun greeted us immediately and listened even as we got a little long winded on what we were looking for. Both my daughter and I got a new phone and he made sure we were each happy with the options we selected for our phones and accessories. Even after we made a choice and changed our minds, he was patient and explained the choices again. Deshaun was professional yet made the experience fun. I didn’t need to switch my phone along with my daughter but did because the option to speak with a human vs an automated service on an 800 # is worth a little extra a month. I will recommend his exemplary service to anyone who asks.

My husband and I had a great experience with DeShaun yesterday. We needed a new plan and new phones and he helped us get everything we wanted in the budget we had. The staff was amazing at this location. Will be happy to work with them more.

Caroline has been very helpful both times she has served me the last year. She is friendly and goes the extra mile to help you transfer your contacts and to recommend things that improve your cell phone service. She is awesome!

It’s a little too pricey but the customer service made it worth it. Deshawn was great and helped me get everything I needed and more without being pushy. He didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t have a use for and I greatly appreciated that. I will definitely be going back to see him for my future needs. A++ customer service.

Yesterday was a rollercoaster of a day. I accidentally murdered my phone with my trunk door minutes before leaving for a concert in Omaha. Caroline helped guide me through the claims process, quickly got my old phone reactivated and had me on the road in less than 30 minutes. New favorite location with their 10/10 service & knowledge

Azaz did a great job, we came in and the place was empty we started our upgrades and she was alone and more customers came in and she was so professional and proficient in making sure everyone was helped even after the store closed and we were still working on our new phones. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back again.

US cellular is incredibly lucky to have Azaz on their team. She is intelligent, patient, and a persistent problem solver. We have had some frustrating experiences with other US cellular representatives, so it was very pleasant working with Azaz. 10 out of 10. Five stars!

Went it to talk about upgrading. There were some issues but Mario went out of his way to help us to get my sons phone fixed. He was very nice and funny. Great customer service he should be recognized for his great work at this store it was my first time seeing him there.

Amazing was patient, kind and interested in helping us get the best plan and phones for us. We came back a couple of times for help with our new phones and again she did a great job of helping us.

I went into the store stated what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend and I wasn't pressured to do anything more.

Everyone at this store is incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough. I began working with DeShaun 8 months ago in the aftermath of a death in the family. Over time, we have switched from AT&T after 10 years. We added a data line, previously a flip phone, transferred two smart phones, added an iPad with cellular service, and switched our home internet, but saved $70. Ask for DeShaun. We think he is the best.

Dakota was super professional, kept conversation, he was super thorough with making sure everything I wanted to accomplish got accomplished! To add a cherry on top of the cake I wasn’t going to switch my iPhone X but Dakota had a great deal that upgraded me to the 12! Dakota is an awesome employee I wish everyone had one of him !

Mario was great. He definitely made it a fun experience to sit and get two new lines set up. I went into the store twice because I had to go back when my brother got off work. Mario was at the store all by himself that day so it was a little bit of a wait each time. There was a line both times and the phone kept ringing with people coming in to pay their bills. There was a lot going on but he handled it very well. Even towards the end of his day. He was professional and polite treating each person with respect. I know most ppl that have long days in situations like that you would definitely notice it towards the end of their of shift. But not Mario. Would definitely recommend going to see him if your looking to switch.

US Cellular on University Ave in Des Moines is by far the best experience I've ever had at a cell phone store. They had plenty of staff so there was no wait and all of them had a great attitude. Great to experience because we just switched from Verizon because they had terrible customer. Thanks to Josh specifically too!

Representative was awesome did everything for me . Was a great first time experience would highly recommend her.
