Friendly place with a good selection of product, good guidance depending on who is behind the counter, southside store in Des Moines had a kid who seemed more interested in talking to his buddy who was loitering inside but, Altoona was 100% a better experience! Still give em 5 stars despite the ignorance I dealt with at southside location.

I mean, this is the best vape shop in des moines. Hands down. Their prices are so much lower than their major competitor, and you know who that is. My weekly order here is about $40....it's $55 at CIV. I'll just name the expensive company, so there's absolutely no confusion. Patronize route 69 and save $. They're also super helpful and kind with any questions you may have.

Went into get a new vape after bad experience someplace else! Worker was very welcoming and very nice! Answered any questions I had and explained all deals to me. Will absolutely be my new shop I will be a loyal customer at. Thank you.

The people that work there are so very friendly! They help you with everything and never show impatience. They have a juice buying card, a dollars off program, military discount and flavor testing is free! We are here on business and have gone twice. I highly recommend this vape shop!

The manager and his crew are some of the most helpful people from any vape shop you go too. You feel like apart of the family, they are friendly and knowledgeable. I would go to the vape shop over any in the area 10 fold. If you want good customer service and quality product go to Route 69 Vapor!

I was in there today. We had an issue with a mod tank. I was very impressed with how they handled the defective tank and were very professional in helping us to rectify the situation. Great staff!! There is a reason I keep going to them!

Plenty of juice to choose from including discounted type. All juices are from reputable vendors that meet or exceed juice ingredients standards. Military discounts. Most of all, they patiently and kindly answered my novice questions. Friendly and helpful all around especially for someone just starting to vape.

Very knowledgeable about there products, coils, Vapes, juices, salt nic Vapes & more! I haven't bought a pack of cigarettes since I bought my Boulder, though I'm constantly looking for it because it's a black thin stick haha but I didn't want fancy I wanted a mimic cigarette & that's what I got.
