Young man named Marshall put the computer on my car to see if he could pinpoint my check engine and Trac control warning lights. He was successful and was courteous. It was my second or third time to visit this location and it was the same then too. I'd refer anyone to this place for car care needs.

This O'Reilly's has always had great employees and products. Stopped in because the engine light came on in my car. The employee put it on a diagnostics, located the issue, and suggested a plan of action. No Charge, and with a smile and great attitude.

We needed a headlight replaced, but wasn't sure if we could just replace the bulb or whole light. Jonathan helped us & even came out & installed it for us. He was quick, knowledgeable & so helpful and friendly too! Thank u Jonathan😊

They were Absolutely Awesome to take back (1) of (2) parts recently purchased. One got installed while I was having extensive work done. The second part come in afterwards....and before I could have it installed> My car was Totalled. Life.... can't make this stuff up! So basically I got back $$ on a part that never would be installed. Thanks for understanding, I will be back O'Reilly's!!

Battery dragging. Young man checked my battery, alternator everything was good. He took off the neg wires and cleaned the post and connections. That's all it needed. Always Very helpful.

Jennifer & Jonathan are both very nice employees. They both are really good with helping customers and go over and beyond in assisting customers. Both provide great customer service.

Great place to get parts

The Managers, both day and evening shift are very knowledgeable when it comes to finding the right solution to your problem. Both in finding the right part, or if need be, the right mechanic to send U to for those above average automotive problems. And, if they can find a way to shave a few bucks off your total purchase, they are up to that task as well! I've been working on cars and trucks for over 4 1/2 decades now, and miss the days of having a knowledgeable parts man to rely on in a pinch. With that being said, these guys make up for any lack of knowledge and/or hands-on experience with their willingness to go that extra distance to make sure U find what U need! I have found my Automotive Nirvana!! Thanx Guys!! 🔧🔩🚘😎🏁👍

They have a great stuff. That actually knows about cars. And not just asking the questions from the computer. These guys are truly hands on hard working guys that will help you find what you need no matter what even if it takes them going outside and looking at the problem. They out smart do anyother auto parts stores around sumiton, AL area.

Always have what I need, if not, they usually get it next day. 2 days the longest ever taken. Employees are friendly and helpful.....
