***** Beware this company takes your money and doesn’t finish the work! My parents are going on almost a year and all they have to show is a hole with a metal sides of a pool. They have lied over and over about getting back to finish it. The owner Jamie has even changed his cell #. What a shame this guy is a fire fighter and is supposed to be a stand up person! Don’t hire these people you will regret it!!

We hired this company in May of 2023 to install a pool we are now in march of 2024 we have been lied to more times than one now the owner can’t be reached on cell phone or business phone the only reason we went with this company is because the owner is a fire fighter and we wanted to support his business please don’t make the same mistake we did don’t use them

Started in April 2023 trying to use them to get our pool from green to clean and it’s almost July and it’s worse than when they started.

Edit to add because unable to respond to owner…the pool was NEVER clear. It became a murky blue and no one would ever COMMUNICATE with us when they were there or leaving. We never knew when they supposedly “completed” the pool. Attached image is when they claimed they were finished after we called a billion times. The water has not been clear once.

The worst experience of my life! This company is horrible! They rip you off and do not do the job correctly. I do not wish this nightmare and heartbreak on anyone! It is a shame that companies can do people SO WRONG and not have any remorse!!! I would not even give 1 star to them!!

DO NOT use Patriot Pool if you want your pool installed in a professional and timely manner.
