I shop here all the time. I literally get paid and go shopping here for my children clothes all the time. Last week I asked this girl for help finding some clothes I seen online and she got so rude with me. It was a young black girl with braids. She said if you don’t see it then that means we don’t have it. I asked her name and she said “I don’t have to give you my name.” I asked for a manger and she said “I am the manager” Rude! So I just walked off looking by myself and sure enough after some time of searching the items were there. I honestly just needed her help, Customer service right? No way I will be back though It’s fashion will get my money every week from now on

The store has good products, but the ladies working are rude... I had a handful of clothing and wanted to try them on, the ladies said in a rude tone that the fitting rooms was closed, but the doors were wide open to the fitting rooms. No customer service skills whatsoever 😒.
