Easy check-in procedures. Short wait time. Representatives were professional and helpful. The Doc was on top of things and diagnosed the problem and appropriate treatment in short order. I have been home for an hour and feeling better already. My thanks to the Doc and her staff.

Everyone is so nice at Valley Main Street Urgent Care in Valley, AL. I am a little older and I appreciate the care and attention they pay to me. If I have a quizzical look on my face, they make sure I understand. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, especially with the technology part of checking in. I really like this staff better than my primary doctor and staff.

I went in for a TB test for a new job. I don’t have insurance anymore, but I was happy that my TB test was only $30 and there was no wait. I was in & out in no time. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Fast check-in, no long wait times, my diagnosis was quick and I was out of there within 45 mins to an hour. I'm sure if you have something other than cold/flu, your time may be a little longer but the staff will get you back and seeing someone quickly.

The check in process is super smooth...had to wait about 15 to 20 min to be seen. Professional staff. I would definitely recommend.

I was totally miserable and was seen within 15 minutes of registering at kiosk. Staff was friendly, efficient and compassionate. I was diagnosed properly and given what I needed to get better. Barely a blip in my day. Thank you.

We are from out of town. They were super nice, ran all necessary test, and gave me the prescriptions I needed to continue our trip. Only a 30 minute wait from time of check in with no appointment.

Online scheduling a little off on timing had to wait a while when I got to clinic but everyone was great. Very nice people. Got the help of I needed. Do not like checking in on kiosk or not being able to call and get a live person on phone.

I cannot say enough about the caring individuals of this clinic. They are thorough and so so helpful! I would recommend everyone to go here.

Registered upon arrival, a short wait the went back to do my DOT physical. The nurse and nurse practitioner we re excellent. Thanks for the great service.

They took very good care of me in a timely manner and found out I had an upper respiratory infection and treated me in office. They also sent me home with medication and told me if I don’t get to feeling any better after taking all my medication to feel free to come back. Should have came here to begin with!!! I know from now on. Thanks MainStreet staff for taking care of me!

Service was great everyone was very polite and the practical was awesome got me to feeling better in a couple of hours. I will give them 5 stars and the wait time was not long.

Very prompt. Helpful with registration. Correct, quick diagnosis and shots plus meds called in to pharmacy. My only complaint was the bandaid was very hard to remove (strong adhesive) and left red marks on the skin for some time. So grateful they are open as often as they are.

I've been going to Mainstreet family care for sometime know and from the first visit I felt comfortable. Everyone there has treated me with respect and has listened to what I was telling them. I would recommend them to anyone.
