The food was hot and fresh. I waited about 5-7 minutes for my 8 piece hot wings, but it was definitely worth the wait. Service was excellent and professional. I will definitely be visiting this location again

Based on a recommendation from a friend I tried the new nuggets and I enjoyed them! Definitely would order them again. Customer service at this location was fast and friendly. Let me add if you haven’t tried the chicken pot pie it’s a must!

It was little bit wait because I ordered for 30 people. Everything was fresh and the drive thru guy was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I thank him for taking care of me and the rest of the convoy.

Thanks that was more than I expected. I didn't notice until I got home. I don't eat KFC often but my kids wanted KFC tonight. The young man at the window was friendly. Great customer service. I ordered a jalapeño before leaving. Usually, they have a little heat but this one was fire woooo. I loved it.

My mom's favorite, always. I'll go there for her, anytime! She says they have the best coleslaw of anywhere!

Best KFC. Food was very hot biscuits were fluffy. A breath of fresh air compared to most other fast food places in town

As of 9/5/17, they are serving country fried steak and gravy. It was pretty good. I believe it is only on Tuesdays.

Been here a few times and the service is always over the top. I mean that in a good way. Always polite and curteous. I certainly understand that some can catch a location on a "bad day". Thats anywhere you go.

Always on point! Nothing like a fresh hot fried chicken to get me through a cold rainy day! Cashier was nice and friendly, food came out in less than 5 minutes, good experience overall

I don't frequent KFC often but the food here is consistently good and the staff is some of the nicest you'll find at any KFC!

Good food but an even better staff, at least most of the times I’ve been there. I used to go almost every Sunday and the ladies at the front— one in particular but I’ve forgotten her name— were super sweet and upbeat.

I always order the Nashville hot chicken tenders with fries and a biscuit topped off with garden pickles... so good!

Always loved KFC..but the chicken is dry & the mashed potatoes were watered down no flavor Cole slaw ok. Pot pie is really good

My experience at KFC in Valley Alabama was one of the best experiences I had in a restaurant in a long time very clean place they had a lot of customers but they handled them quickly and professionally just a great place personnel greet you with a smile wonderful place for family I give them five stars

I love kfc I have meet alot of good people at kfc and we are still friends right till this day hey,Alison, Bubba and hollie and the rest of the crew

This is one of the best KFC's I ever been in the people are very friendly and if you go there they will get to know you they are very nice always kind it's a pleasant place to go and sit down to eat thank you

Pot pie was on point guy at register was on it taking orders less than 5 mins go our order

KFC...the $5. Lunch was delicious. 2pc Chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuit,cookie and drink. Great value and the wait staff was friendly and efficient 😊😋
