This is a great store for all your AT&T needs. Great customer service. Both Eileen & Kristal are amazing reps. They are very knowledgable and very helpful. I highly recommend this store and ask for Eileen or Kristal. You will get the best help.

Needed a phone case for my Pixel 6, they had the screen protector and the case but I couldn't afford both. They gave me 50% off both so what was once $118 after tax was $48. They even installed the screen protector and did an amazing job. Not from this state but hands down the best ATT Store customer service I've ever had.

Peter, helped me with a lot of empathy, patience, and efficiency, at a vulnerable time for me after my husband, (account holder) passed away. In the process, there were some problems and some confusion with what they told me on the 611 assistance line, so I decided to return to the store and Peter was in charge of solving everything and checking every last detail.

It was also an advantage for me that I was bilingual, because even though I speak English, in these types of situations I feel more confident speaking Spanish in my native language. Also note that Peter was supported by his team of supervisors or managers.

On a busy Sunday afternoon, I waited about an hour to be helped, but the wait was worth it because David was fantastic.

He listened and help solve my iPhone problems, upgraded me to a new device, helped me choose a new phone number and made me aware of a program for physicians. I am beyond satisfied!

AT&T lost its luster 4 quite some time 4 a number of reasons but last night, renewal of what a good company can be when left in capable hands. First, very short staffed, like one person. After I walked in and grabbed the one employee, people startled coming in, one after another, I even offered 2 leave. The one employee, Sean, went 2 the back and produced his counterpart, David. There were quite a few of us and we all got helped at the same time, those duo addressing each concern as fast they came out, and keeping peace. All the customers started chatting with each other about the holidays or the worst phone carrier story, I think I won that one, it was such a cheerful and very successful evening. Everyone got what they came for and walked out with a smile. I would call that a “win-win” on every level. Sean and David r a really great duo and get it handled, well done!!!!!

I gave 5 stars because we got helped right away. Our rep Ilani was very professional and knowledgeable. Our time there was faster then we thought for getting a new phone and line added. thank you to Ilani! She deserves 10 out of 5 stars for helping us and at the same time multi-tasking to train a new person. Way to go Ilani!

Had to have a family member’s phone replaced and was helped by Hamed. Truly a great guy who was knowledgeable and able to help me from start to finish set up the replacement phone as well as the Apple Watch for it. Hamed took the time to guide me through the process and answer all my questions while working efficiently to get me out the door in a timely manner. If possible, this is who you want to help you. Really great experience at this store.

If you need to come to an AT&T branch definitely come to this one. Zach went above and beyond and made sure my phone and I were taken care of!! Steven was also insanely helpful and insightful !! Somebody better give them a raise :)

The assistant manager Raahim Afzal was excellent! Got me the best deals and made sure I walked out satisfied. Carl Johnson, the manager was super helpful too. Applied my glass screen protector perfectly, something I totally would struggle with. Great team overall!

Paul and Dustin are the best reps at this location. Came in to switch my internet services and Paul went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. Dustin is also very kind and helpful! This Store is absolutely Amazing! 5 Stars!!!

This was a very positive experience, The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
They were eager to dig in and make me a happy camper. This was quite refreshing to me, because the last cell phone company I dealt with wasn't this way at all. So obviously I was all geared up to do battle when I walked into the AT&T store, but, much to my surprise, it wasn't adversarial at all. A very pleasant experience........I'd recommend AT&T to anyone not happy with their present carrier.

Always have a good experience at this store We have used this store for at least 10 years ..
and never are we let down.
So I was taken back this time . I got a young man and found out first day . Low and. Behold you ATT store has another Fantastic rep .. He was very willing to help and If ,when he didn't have a quick answer he quickly found it . I now have a better plan ,serva and a new Galaxy.

The store manager Jerman and the sales associate David stayed until the store closed trying to fix a mistake made by Brenda the manager and Fernando at the Corona del Mar ATT store which is not really ATT but a third party reseller owned by Prime Communications. Brenda sold me a phone and did not check to see if I had phone service and gave me a sheet on how to transfer data on my own. When I got home, I could not receive or make calls. I went back to the store 30 minutes later, and Fernando gave me nonstop excuses why he couldn't help me from : 1. "Why does this always happen to me when I have to close?" 2. "When did you buy this phone?" Excuse me, but you were sitting here next to Brenda one hour ago when I bought it.
3." Brenda will fire me if I call her again."
4. " You have to go to the ATT store in Costa Mesa for help since I can't help you"
I asked him to call the ATT store in Costa Mesa to ensure that they could help and he said he can only call tech support but tech support is closed.
5. At this point I am upset since they know I need to take calls since I am a physician and I ask him to call his manager again and he gives a new excuse of "Brenda is at the emergency room at a hospital"
6. Best excuse of all, " I need to go or I will miss my bus."
Clearly, he was completely disinterested in helping me knowing full well that I need to be accessible by phone for patients.
Prime Communications is ultimately to blame for misleading customers that they are a true ATT branch and for having employees who are clearly disinterested in helping past the point of sale. Prime Communications should not masquerade as a true ATT branch since they sully the reputation of ATT.

What should have been or could have been a very terrible experience at the AT&T store, actually turned out to be OK — only because of one person, “Kamal”.

The Internet connection at the store is so horrible it’s ridiculous, and we had to wait an inordinate amount of time watching the little dial spin on is computer pad – but because of his personality he kept me from storming out of the store several times, having to wait for the Internet to accomplish what we were trying to do.

He definitely deserves a raise! He turned a very unhappy customer into a very happy one, isn’t that what it’s all about?!

Today’s visit to AT&T on 17th street Costa Mesa, CA I was greeted by Nancy. It was the easiest and most enjoyable experience I’ve had upgrading and getting my new iPhone 12 up and running. She was extremely professional, efficient and friendly. She answered all my questions with ease. She had the best attitude and I’m very grateful for her. It had been a week and she helped turn it around. Thanks Nancy!
