Dirty floors cashiers are lackadaisical at times. Unwilling to help never give receipts dirty Fountain area

The problem is Management and Administrators. Hire New Management and Directors who don't break policy and don't keep hiring the same family members and relatives working in the same place that creates a problem with egocentric pompous employees who think they don't have to work hard, dishonest, who direspectful. Hire new Administrators who are hard working have moral values honest who care about customers and will hire new hard working employees who care about there job and care and value customers and are honest. Hire Administrators who will read the reviews and make positive changes and fix the concerns for better

Went to get gas and the lady at the register was rude basically charged me and then I asked if she did the rewards points for my account, she just said sorry I already charged you so I can't anymore and wouldn't even try to help with it. To be courteous she should of asked if I had an account before charging me but she was rude and didn't care to help!!!

The lady at the taco section was rude, I was waiting to place an order, and she ignored me for a bit, then in a harsh tone asked me, "Are you gonna order or just stand there"

I was taken aback towards the attitude, but I responded, " a chicken fajita taco, please thanks"

Tacos are expensive. I should have bought a burger, basically the same price.

My taco barely had any meat in it , it was mostly tortilla which I had to go order more food at McDonald's

Its a very nice place to buy breakfast, like tacos. I went to buy a shirmp taco and there's an old lady that they don't sell shrimp tacos. Is not the first time buying shrimp tacos. That lady was very rude. I just left and did not want to argue with that lady and left. I will never going back to buy food again. I rather go to walmart or any other gas station near where I work.

Every worker here is inconsiderate and disrespectful. Don’t take your kids here and go out of your way to go to another stripes. You’ll thank me. No customer service and no dignity. The food prep team doesn’t use gloves, hairnets or even try to make things correctly.

Its a very good place, i love to get my tacos there in the morning, but today wasnt so good the lady that attended me was pretty rude i asked her nicely to change my tortilla cuz i dont like it crunchy, she responded me we an attitude and said to me its good, she still when ahead and changed it but when she finished doing my taco put it in the bag she just like threw the bag in the counter, im like thank u, she ignored me, turned her face and kept on with somebody else i mean i could tell she was mad or something. I am really disapponited i had never gone thru this in this store. That lady needs to learn some customer service .

Absolutely disappointed. Gave them a 1 because I can't give them a 0. Place is not stocked, it's dirty, not friendly & charge extra for creamer, 10 cents each. No matter if you are getting coffee. That's ridiculous. Employees don't even acknowledge me, no greeting and no "thank you." Things sure have changed since I worked for the company. It's gotten sad.
