I can not express into words how much i love this T-Mobile location! The attention given to you when you walk in is like if you are royalty! They can have all my money and my inheritance too! I came in because i thought my phone was acting up and it turns out i just didn't know what i was doing, but Miguel was so kind and patient with me explaining everything and making sure i got a whole tutorial! The staff are all great but a big shout out to Miguel for putting up with me. I made sure to buy some accessories before i left to make sure my phone is covered

Had an amazing experience with Roxana, she helped us upgrade all of our phones and worked on finding a family plan for our budget! Thank you will highly recommend this store!

We love this location on Grant and Tanque Verde. So helpful and kind. Ashley and the team are GREAT! BEST experience even over the location on Broadway and Craycroft! Won't go to any other T-Mobile EVER!

I went by after work to get some help with sending back my phone. The lady who helped was so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I went into T-Mobile knowing I wanted a new phone. I was switching from an Android to an IPhone. Jose helped me and took the time to explain to me the difference between each upgrade. We discussed what was important to me about my upgrade and he helped me find the phone to best suit me. I appreciate the time he took and offered to help me with the setup once my phone arrives.

Lanessa at Grant is very nice and helped me save money on my internet. I was tired of cox raising the bill, I got internet with Lanessa and now my bill is less than half and I’m very happy with my service. Thank you
