Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

After a quite-frankly, abysmal experience at the Webb road store, I called up to this one. Upon asking about paint matching, they kindly explained why they don’t do it after 5 and it made complete sense.

Furthermore, when I asked about a paint the other store had out of stock, they offered to mix it BEFORE I came in just to be extra helpful. They presented solution after solution with a smile on their face. I was very thankful for this store and will be driving 20 minutes out of my way to go to this one instead of the Webb Road location.

If you need a serious paint job Sherwin Williams paint is the way to go. I love that they offer the 30% discount from time to time and always take advantage of that. Customer service was amazing. Ordered everything I needed on the phone and they had it ready to go when I got there 25 minutes later.

I hired a company to paint my house so I went in to the N Woodlawn location to pick my colors. Both reps were extremely helpful in finding the cards for the colors I saw online. Josh went out of his way to give me suggestions and his opinions on color combinations He never made me feel that I was wasting his time even though he knew I wasn't there to purchase. I highly recommend this store, you'll get the best customer service!

Excellent customer service! Record keeping so my paints match exactly if I ever have to touch up a room (which I do frequently due to tiny people)! Relaxing, calm, happy, attentive staff! Paint that rolls on like a dream!

Best service ever! Brian answered all my questions and provided immediate service - had everything I needed in less than 30 minutes - and the curbside delivery was appreciated. I won't buy my paint anywhere else!

I can not sing the praises of Brian and his staff loud enough! Brian understands the term "customer service" and teaches this to all who come to his store. I've been going to this store since it opened, and I just hate to have to go to one of the other stores!

I had some stain questions and I spoke with whom I assumed was the manager. He was very friendly and took the time to give me application tips . It was great customer service !!!!
