Dollar General

My first time in this location and I didn’t have the app or was aware of coupons but Amanda was super attentive to let me know all this information and it was nice conversing with her. Clean location too, I will definitely be back.

Went to Dollar General on N Main for the first time today and Amanda and Antonio were so patient and helpful! My $5 off $25 coupon would not add due to the app glitching and she was so kind enough to take the $5 off for me. I worked at Dollar General 2008/2009 and still appreciate the low prices and love how many more products and coolers they had at this location. Will be coming back again!

I don't live in Kernersville and did not know the layout of the store. I was in a rush and asked the cashier, Amanda, if they had the product in question. Instead of getting the usual answer of "If we do they would be on such aisle. " Amanda took me to the product. EXCELLENT! She did invite me to take the survey located on the receipt. I will complete it soon. Unfortunately, I had to return one of the items purchased. The manager (forgot her name) was equally pleasant. It's no other way to sum up my experience other than saying Customer service at it's best! Great job ladies. I will be returning because of the customer service.

This place has changed alot since a couple months ago!!! They have a new team an they are on it...All the isles are cleaned you can walk thru an find things!!! An the cashiers are amazing

I moved here from Texas and I thought it would be difficult to find what I was looking for but in fact it was the opposite. It was very friendly and warm in the store. I would go again

I shop here frequently where it is very close by. Ariel and Erica are both wonderful people who make your shopping experience an easy experience. I usually go through Erica's line more than anyone else. I'm personally glad there was a change in management. The original manager even though she was friendly(after you got through the expression that stated otherwise) always had an expression of not wanting to be there. That alone kept people away or avoiding her line.

Loaded money onto a prepaid debit card here. At most dollar general locations it takes an extra moment to complete transaction and several hours for the funds to show up in the account. This time, not sure if it has to do with this dollar general or if its coincidenc, the funds were available within a half hour if not sooner. I was very pleased with this and will definitely reload the debit card here the next time the opportunity presents itself.

Always a savings at Dollar General Especially when you join thier coupon program . A variety of merchandise value priced. The people that work thier are very helpful and always make you feel special. I love shopping here (:

I love to run into Dollar General in stead of a grocery store when I need a few things. The medication is cheaper here then many places. It is a lot less trouble to stop in Dollar General then waiting in line at a bigger store.

I can usually find what I need there. They have HUGE boxes of baking soda for $2.00. I use it in the cat's litter box. I buy 3 at the time..they're great!

These folks here at this general Dollar are amazing and so sweet and so helpful. The store is cleaned up quite a bit lately too

Went to get Valentine's for school and they had lots of choices and the prices were great.My grand-daughter paid with here own money. She is ☺

Store not overly clean and​ somewhat jumbled but had everything I needed at a great price.

South Main street is the cleanest and most organized store in all of Winston Salem

Was very nice to me and helpful and that is the way it help's me i am gettin old THEY ARE GREAT THERE !
