Talented tour guide managed to walk backward while delivering cool factoids and history woven through the 45-minute tour.
My favorite part was seeing all the workers hard at work at their various stations,reminding that there are still people who make things.
Being cost conscious even the sale items were a lot to spend but we found a beautiful scarf that was 30% off and cost $40 something.

I'm looking some special gift for Christmas to my family and find this woolen clothes and blankets that really old style and unique. I order the blanket which offer to ship to my house. Awesome!! The pattern and soft fabric I love.

Awesome tour of the mill! Alyssa was our tour guide who walks backwards and continues to guide you! Fascinating to see the process of how sheep fur is turned into these fabulous patterns! The small group and headphones were definitely a benefit. Highly recommend this tour. Make your reservations ahead from their website!

This Pendleton Mill Store in Washougal, Washington is the place to shop for quality clothing and home accessories. When you approach the store front you immediately notice the classic look of this warehouse where outdoor fashion has been created / sold for more than a century.

The store is kept very clean, store associates wore face masks and the inside cash register area has the necessary plastic barriers. As soon as you enter an associate will welcome you to the store and offer to provide you assistance.

Women's, men's and children clothing and accessories are easy to shop throughout the store. Clothing ranges from boots, flannels, t-shirts, local cultural clothing and home accessories.

As you shop be sure to walk to a door that you may think is just fitting rooms, but actually is hallway that takes you further into the building. In this area you may find sample sale pieces, items mis-sized or their cut just being a little off. I found some great blankets, the heavy ones you know will be nice to have on a chilly winter day.

The shop itself has some history throughout, from the wood floors to some older tools used to create fashion in their early days.

Was there for a free mill tour. It was very informative, interesting, took about 40 minutes.

Come here to get great discounts on Pendelton "flawed" blankets and samples of clothing. Large store with huge selection and friendly staff!

So good. But no skirts now. Expensive but quality.

I love this place. The stuff is high quality but also high price. You have to buy on sale and that is still paying quite a bit. Their spa towels are the best I have ever had. High quality like the resorts I have stayed in. I own 6 now and will probably get more. I have bought several for gifts. Blankets for all my kids, quilts are not as heavy as home made ones but the colors are beautiful.

Obviously this store is my dream! Who doesn't love to find the cutest Pendleton items in person! Thank you for everything you do as a business. I love stopping and shopping here!

First time visiting the Pendleton store, in Washougal.
Very impressive!
The employees are top notch, for customer service, from being greeted upon entry and helping customers with gift options to just answering questions about their products.
The store was very clean and well organized and it was not "crowded". The layout of displays gave the store a very nice flow and room to move around. There was also a "loop" video telling about the history of the company, where they get their wool and a brief synopsis of the process from sheep to finished product!
Upon asking for a business card, one young man went to the back to retrieve one for me while a young lady, Kassidy (sp?), actually took the time to write down all the information that was on the card. Both, the card and Kassidys note were pocketed, upon departure!

This was a great experience and a return trip is definitely in the near future!!

You have to go here if you're going through washougal washington. There's a path way under the highway that leads to a beautiful walking path along the columbia river. Beautiful sunsets

Super service and beautiful merchandise. I have been a fan of Pendleton wool since I was a child living near Pendleton. My mother would take me to the mill to buy remnants to sew my school clothes every year. I have been a seamstress since a very young age, and wool from the mill was always a special treat.

The tour was excellent! I took a weaving class in college and was excited to see if they lace up the looms by hand or by computer. They do it by hand! In fact they are very hands on and all of the material is inspected very carefully. It was so cool to see how they make their wool from raw wool to a blanket. The tour guide did a great job. Of course at the end I had to buy something. They have great deals here! This is my favorite brand.

The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. We went on the tour through the factory. Very enlightening. The guide was great. It was all worth it. We bought 1st and 2nd on 3 blankets. We now understand why they cost so much. In a way they are under priced. We are all fortunate to have this woolen mills in our area.

Great products! I bought several 100% wool shirts for outdoor wear and a queen blanket. The blanket was larger than I thought it would be. They may run large. I would measure my bed and buy the closest size as opposed to just relying on the general bed sizes. We enjoy the blanket. The shirts are fantastic! One has shrunk, but I have not dried it or used hot and water while washing. The other shirt has been fine and has had no change. Great for hunting in Washington state. Dries quickly, holds up well, and comfortable.
