The store that sells hats and blankets is ok, and the people usually very friendly. The envios through Barri is a scam. We sent two amounts of money. One never arrived in Mexico even though they insisted that it did. We then requested a cancellation and were told by the owner it would take 30 minutes to get our money back. 30 minutes turned into 2 hours, turned into overnight, and even then we were told they didn't have the money. They expected us to just leave but they had no intention of calling Barri to get help, they just expected us to wait. The owner refused to speak with us and the employees didn't want to help. We finally got our money but only after we threatened to get the news involved. We were told not to return again. Needless to say, we will not go back, although not all of our experiences were bad.
