AT&T Store

Dylan was extremely helpful and patient with me the whole time I was in the store. He did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied before i left. He’s an amazing store associate and I think you all should give him a raise! Very satisfied. Thank you!

I recently visited the AT&T store on S. MAIN ST in High Point and was greeted immediately. The representative name Genesis was great and knowledgeable regarding products and service. I was seen in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be visiting this location for future purchases.

I have been in this store a handful of
times and the service is always stellar. Ingrid was so patient, friendly and helpful last weekend and today as we transferred lines over to add my parents to my plan. It was a 2 weekend process due to their current provider being slow to unlock their phones, but the service was outstanding here! Highly recommended!!

I came in for a sim swap because mine stopped working and Miss Patrice took great care of me, was very fast, very funny, would recommend anyone and everyone all of North Carolina come see her for your phone needs!

Katrice was super friendly, very knowledgeable got me and my friend up and running with a new iPhone in under 20 min and was able to answer all our questions expertly!

Phillip was awesome! He helped us in every question we had!! I sure hope he doesn't go anywhere he is the BEST one I have EVER seen there and I been dealing with that store for 4 years. YOUR THE BEST PHILLIP!!

I am terrible with names but Philip after spending Over 4 hours worth of discussing about issues regarding my watch and quoting me on Internet/television I'll definitely remember this experience. I went in on a Thursday towards the evening and Philip worked out the best option for me after discussing with customer service and researching about new possibilities. Even the manager came on over after 2 hours being there at AT&T and help strike a conversation. He also made sure that everything was going well. I have been throughout North Carolina, through many stores and without a doubt this store was definitely great and I will go out of my way to get to this location. Best customer service from any cellular service company by far! Worked with a nice man, Genesis Gaines. Anyone who is considering changing to AT&T, go to this store. All my questions answered and assistance with setting up my phone and apps was provided with a smile!

The last 2 Managers have been great! I really enjoyed working with Grant, he is knowledgeable and had me laughing the whole time. I'll go back and send others there too.

The service was exceptional. I have been in this location a number of times over the years and they are always so friendly and attentive. They listen to the customer to understand what they need.

He not only offered me excellent customer service but the recommended products far exceeded my expectations. His personality and customer service was top notch . He also offered me a great deal with direct tv unfortunately I already have direct tv. I most certainly will recommend phillip and this store to everyone I know .

I was in need of a phone went in had three in front of me only one on duty he would acknowledge me to let me know he was with didn't have to wait long and I got down to business with he was very helpful and knew what it took to get phone I would recommend this place

Kaitlyn is great. She was very informative about her products and deals. She was the only one working on a Saturday and some how managed to help 5 people beside me, kuddos to her.

I visited 2300 c n main st in high point nc first and it was my second visit. Both times they closed before the posted time and refused to take a little time to replace a SIM card. The store at 2749 S MAIN STREET high point NC didn't hesitate one bit and took all of 10 min to replace my SIM card. The sales person was a model example of customer service

I had an amazing experience here! Came in for an upgrade and left with three phones. My parents were so excited and love the guy that helped his name was Phillip. If we didnt already have directv we would’ve gotten that too!
