McDonald's

I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I was experiencing internet problems with my phone, and unable to let them know that I had arrived. So, I restarted my phone in hopes that that would correct the problem. After my phone got back online, I went back on the app to try and let them know that I was there. This time, the app said that they were experiencing problems on their end.

Well, no sooner after I had turned my car off and was getting ready to go in to let them know that I had arrived, and the manager met me at my car with my order. He said on his end my order showed up as "STAGED", and said he knew it couldn't have taken me that long to arrive.

Compared to some other McDonald's franchises, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE indeed.

I am not that haven't experienced great customer service at other McDonald's locations. I am just saying that this experience was worth noting.

To the manager of this McDonald's, I want to again offer my thanks.

It's not every day that you positive notes in the customer service industry.

Worst pancakes ever several McDonald's have dropped their value in customer service and food quality go back to the old original ways and it'll work EVERYONE though needs to ask chic-fa-la then they may save THEMSELVES

I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo with a sprite and it tasted so good as soon as I ordered it they immediately gave us the food after we payed. The food was fresh! Love that Mc Donald's would go there again 👍

Well the food was decent and came out fast and was cheap. But you could tell that later on too if ya know what I mean... lol

Great, store clean and service is good. Often I get an odd looks and categorized as homeless and looking for a place to sit for free. Regardless I always buy something when here and rarely feel comfortable enough to stay longer than 10-15mins total. Other than my unique experiences I would recommend.

Food was fast and made correctly

Let me say they were awesome at what they did for my dad. Danielle and her staff, the whole crew between 1pm-5pm was all angels. Our hearts is so overwhelmed with the outpouring of love they showed in the time it was needed. If I could recommend anything it would be the biggest raises and promotions I do believe they earned it and so much more. They are such a blessing!!! Bless you all!!!

It's clean the food is good I go about once a wk for my lunch break and there fast and the lady at the register is always nice

Thank you for preparing my special food correctly and quickly! I greatly appreciate your staff at the drive thru saying "Thank you " in addition to smiling and being polite! I see this at McDonald's in our area more than any other fast food restaurant. Awesome staff should ALWAYS be acknowledged and appreciated!

This McDonalds is much better then the Wendys a few doors down.
They always get my order right.

This McDonald's was very well run. whatever new service model they have thought up for their front line it is working best at this location. Everything was fresh the workers were very positive and respectful and helpful doesn't even seem like it belongs at McDonald's honestly good job.

This was the best meal I've had at McDonald's in years! Everything was on point. Even down to the coke. Thank you, I'll be stopping in for lunch again 🙂

One of the best McDonald's I've been to. The manager "Mr. Ray" was very friendly, walking around to tables asking customers "how is your meal", is the anything I can get for you" etc. Just a real friendly atmosphere.

This place has the absolute BEST customer service in the world! The managers are more than kind to everyone and always leave you walking out the door with a smile! 10/10 recommend this McDonalds. This McDonalds > All other McDonalds!

Been visiting here every morning for over 2 years and the 2 times i had an issues were fixed immediately. Manager Laura and her team are GREAT! I don't care how corny it is but for this location..... i really am lovin it!

Rarely eat in but did today. Enjoyed it. Very nice.

Clean,friendly service.The fries came out hot.I tried the new fresh cooked beef quarter pounder with cheese. It did have a better taste but still has a more salty flavor than I like. Overall good experience at this location. 🙂
