I come here once a week and i always find great stuff. However, i could give only four stars because the fact that they have a self checkout but they do it for you? Doesn’t really make sense. Here and there i do self checkout but sometimes an employee scans and puts my items in the bag. I don’t really see the point because it’s called self checkout for a reason. Anyway, i’m just glad they have a five below in high point and i don’t have to drive all the way to gboro anymore

This was my first time at this store its new in high point which is closer to Thomasville instead driving all the way to Greensboro. Nice place friendly people. My kids loves coming here.

Best stocked Five Below I have seen in years.

Stores fine, hate self checkouts

My child was playing with a ball, bouncing it to see if he wanted to purchase it, I turned around to assist my other child and this is when an employee come up to my child, snatched the ball away and angrily told him to stop before walking away. I couldn’t reach them in time or else he could’ve kept that same tone with me. Horrible customer service in my opinion, clearly they have the balls there for a reason, I understand if he had been bouncing the ball in another part of the store but he was bouncing it in the area marked on the floor for the balls. Clearly their staff need better customer service training. The store was also dirty and unorganized. The Greensboro stores are leagues better and worth the drive.

Every black person doesn’t steal!!! Yesterday, I spent over a hundred dollars in this store just to be “monitored” at self checkout, it is called self checkout for a reason. The audacity of the a random employee to come up and start just scanning things, she did not introduce herself she just started scanning. I am shocked that we still have to go through this in 2023. The micro aggression is real.

Dirty store, disorganized shelves and the employees are rude. Had high hopes for this store but it does not hold up like the Greensboro ones.
