Getting a new phone is always stressful, and it’s good to have managers and employees who are calm, personable, and efficient, but never rushed. I especially appreciate how they can transfer your old phone stuff to your new phone without having to subscribe to iCloud.

I went in just to move my SIM card to a new phone, but associate Maria also looked at my account and made sure I was getting all possible discounts. Saved me money. Very nice, very knowledgeable.

I went to this AT&T in Kings Canyon with my mom on a whim, trying to find out if I could upgrade my phone, and Christain was there to greet us! He was so incredibly helpful with not only my phone upgrade process, but also in reviewing our monthly bill to make sure that we were getting the best deals for our household that AT&T provides. Moe was there as well, and he’s just as great. They both gave us the best customer service experience that you could imagine. Thanks again! :)

Went here yesterday and the reps name I believe it was Adrian, was terrific. Took his time and explained my bill to me like no other. It’s nice to have someone that still is patient and willing to give their unbiased recommendations based on my needs.

Maria was awesome. Set up my wife and I with new phones & new tablets (android os for me & iOs for the wifey) & ported my gear watch over from verizon (chose to keep it... I've grown rather fond of it) ported our numbers over for the phones as well. I don't do too well around people anymore, she was patient and understanding when it got rough for me there... definitely gained a repeat customer here...

When I called before going in, I wanted to know the process because of the whole covid. I spoke with Albert. He was informative and I felt I wasn’t rushed with every question I had and he was very informative. So I came in a couple days later and melizza helped me. She got me in right away and we started the update process. She had great customer service and answered every question I had along with finding out billing info for me. She was professional and quick.

Employee helping me was very friendly and helpful. I give Jose 5 stars. However- other employee had his phone on speaker VERY LOUDLY-- made it extremely difficult for communication between Jose and me. Kept having to repeat to each other. Very rude and unprofessional.

The store Rep was name Johnathan. He greeted me with a big smile and eye contact. That's why I was happy with him, COVID you have to a person a thru their eyes. He was able to help me resolve my problems and reset my personal code. Thank you for having a rep like Johnathan at Kings Canyon store.
