Everybody in the pharmacy is great, Alan in specific is basically a wizard in terms of untangling problems with your prescriber so you don't have to fuss with it while you're feeling poorly. Problems with insurance etc are cleared up quickly, staff is friendly and personable, they actually *remember* who you are visit to visit :)

Additionally, I get all my basic vaccines here--flu, COVID, Tdap update etc--b/c it's super convenient and very affordable. They frequently accept walk-ins for stuff like flu shots (and you get a discount coupon for a purchase over 25$! But pretty sure that's from corporate). The staff administering the vaccines make it quick and painless and also monitor you for reactions/fainting for an appropriate amount of time. MUCH easier than scheduling with a doctor or urgent care. Very grateful to live so close to this CVS.

We are extremely thankful for our neighborhood pharmacy! They always have what we need and the store staff and pharmacy team is always helpful. The pharmacy also makes a real effort to know us and truly care!

I made a purchase of a netspend card & $40 load yesterday and everything was accepted on cvs end but some where through the system there was an error. I'm back in the store today to get it fixed and I'm being greeted & helped by in my own words a customer service expert. This supervisor John has done everything in his power and contacted any and everybody within the scope of help to the situation. So I say a huge thanks to SUPERVISOR JOHN at store 7394 you've made me a new CVS customer.

We just got our flu shot. Very quick service. They did not have flu shots for kids younger than 10.

The manager is extremely friendly. He is a Good example for the young staff.

Nice staff and great attitudes. Fast friendly service.

If I could give a 0 I would . The pharmacist at the drive thru are extremely unprofessional and just straight up rude .

Showed up for a 9am scheduled covid test and they said the person who does it is out today. Then why schedule? Terrible customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was hung up on by the pharmacy tech and then called back and the pharmacy manager literally told me they're too busy helping other people to help fix the issue with my mental health medication that I've been out of for over a month.

Andrew Robinson is by far the rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. I have never been reprimanded for being early to anything.. even covid tests at other facilities. (Which I have done at least every month since April of 2020)
Andrew told me he would be right with me and then his speaker/ intercom was breaking up and I couldn’t understand anything he was saying.
I said I was slightly early to my covid test and he told me to come back at the proper time because there were vaccines that needed to be done. So I waited for another 15 minutes at the drive through while cars lined up behind me. I went to the back of the line where I saw the same pharmacist immediately helping others.
I continued to wait another 15 minutes (so now I am 15 minutes past my appt time) and He was still snippy with me as I re approached the window for a covid test that lasted 2 minutes. For him to tell me that I need to pay attention to him and listen.
I am 32 years old and have NEVER been spoken to with such demeanor.
Andrew, if you see this, please be better. You are in a customer service role and your attitude should not be so filled with disdain.
If you don’t like your job, you could always find a bee one. No sense in ruining other peoples days because you are unhappy.

Bad customer service at the drive thru. This is the worst cvs I have been in my life. The staff there are not to help, they are only there to give hard time for patients. I will never come back to this cvs

Slowest cvs drive through I have ever been to in my life. 20 minutes for 3 cars!
