Friendly staff.

Got the lottery ticket I needed. Staff was not friendly at all. No. Hi. How are you. No. Thanks or any verbal acknowledgement. Just waited on me and on to the next. I didn't know a greeting cost anything these days. Not sure if I'll return again.

The store was clean and stocked. The fuel pump area was also clean and fuel prices where competitive .

The employees are nice to the clients

If I could give zero stars I would. Traveling through the area from out of state overnight and my 4 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom. They refused to unlock the bathroom for her to use it. Saying that they check the cameras and can get in trouble. No compassion for a CHILD needing to use the bathroom. Would rather have her pee herself or outside than to make an exception??? Disgusting. Absolutely horrible.

The owners daughter gave me a hard time when I was simple trying to get a cup up ice with my own cup. I asked her why was there a charge with my own cup and she grabbed the rest of the things I was going to purchase and asked me not to come back to the store for simply asking a question. This store is on a Ghetto side of town which I don’t live on and was simply passing through. I spoke with the manager a day ago and asked her to address the situation and she said it was the owners daughter and he would be out of the country for a few months and she’s known for being spoiled and treating customers this way without him doing anything so there’s nothing she could do. Wow!!!!!! 3rd shift staff.

This store is awful. There are plenty other gas stations around this area and I suggest you go to a different one. I was pumping gas into my car when the pump shut off at four dollars and some change. While I tried to figure out why the pump stopped my friend went inside to see what was going on. She was told " I know what your friends up to. Her cards no good. I'm not paying for gas in her car." My friend came back outside and told me what was going on and one of the employees was standing at the door glaring at us. I was in a hurry so I left because I'm not paying people to treat me like dirt for no reason. I called the owner to complain and was told that the employee thought I was trying to sell gasoline with a fake card into MY OWN car. The owner agreed with the employee and his reasoning, because a red van drove past my car and did a 360 before stopping at a gas pump. I didn't even know there was a car fitting that description there and I certainly didn't talk to whoever the driver was. I will not be going back to that place

I will Never go back to this BP it’s the worst pumps didn’t work and yet no sign to say it was out of order until I walked inside the cashier had a bad attitude when I asked why there isn’t a sign on that pump. And why have a pay at the pump if you still walking in to get a receipt never have receipt paper at the pump poor customer service

The 2bd shift staff. I had come in there around 730-800 pm on Sunday afternoon the 21st of may and it clearly states on the bathroom door that if I feel the bed the bathroom was not cleaned or stocked to my needs that i was to out the ambassador on duty kbiw and ill get a free drink. I explained this to my friend (who was getting a drink) and as I was talking to him the manager walks into the bathroom..... Clearly your restrooms were not stocked and you went in there after me and then checked me out at the register... Why wasn't my drink free when u checked the bathroom because you heard me talking to my friend about it. I WILL NOT go back to any BP location. Ill go to kangaroo.... Rude and disrespectful employees!

They need to add security to the parking lot area. Too many solicitors hang out there especially on weekends
